We have been taking our pets/ babies/ foster kids and strays to this facility for over 14yrs and have experienced nothing but courteous, compassionate care and superior customer service! I would not trust my fur kids with any other clinic. Dr J, John and staff ROCK!! Thank you for all that you do!!
I really don’t know where to start when writing this review. I’m not the type to complain about anything but this event has me speechless. Last week I lost my dog. He passed away suddenly and of course it was very heartbreaking. We took our dog to this vet to get him cremated. The lady that took care of us just didn’t seem to care about my situation. She brought our dead dog inside for us. Me thinking she’s setting him up in a room for us to say goodbye. No she left him in the back work room exposed to all the workers. Then she came out telling us we are good. Like uhm no I want to say goodbye to my dog. She didn’t offer to take us back to see him one last time. Then she had a look on her face like I was being an inconvenience. She left him there in the middle of the work room in front off all staff with no privacy. So I had to stand there over my dog crying my eyes out in front of the workers. Luckily a lady offered us a room so I could properly say goodbye in peace but I shouldn’t even have to ask just to say my goodbyes. This process seemed so rushed and insensitive. Moments like this we will remember forever and we expect to have the common decency of being treated fairly.
If 0 stars was an option I would definitely give 0 stars. Tell me how immunizations and a microchip goes from 30 min to over 4 hours. Just to find out the microchip did not get done( whole purpose of visit) and one of the “package” immunizations doesn’t get done either. To express frustration with the fact that my daughter missed work to have these services done for her fur baby to be told that she was being condescending and blaming the employee instead of taking responsibility for her error as a business owner. Overall so upset and irritated by the level of professionalism this place has.
So my babygirl was vomiting and scratching ears and I went in there for a exam. The vet tech pulls out a price sheet stating don't be alarmed.. to me I think they should just start with basics and then go the severe stuff. I ended up leaving because they kept insisting I do bloodwork and heartworm check and feces culture. Like why don't you do the necessary first stuff before you pull our a sheet for 550.00 dollars. I will be looking for a new vet
Called for a quote for a urinalysis on my dog - his normal vet couldn’t get him in and he has a history of UTI’s. This vet insists on full bloodwork cause he’s a senior (he has had recent bloodwork at his normal vet, I offered to bring a copy of it) I don’t believe this to be true of all vets, but this vet is just trying to grab cash by driving away pets who need care for something specific but trying to tack on unnecessary labs to make more money. Highly recommend avoiding a vet with policies like this.
Don’t bother making an appointment. You still have to wait 4 hours to be seen. (Not being dramatic either) that’s been my wait time everytime time I come. I understand though, emergencies first. I’m just stating no need for an appointment walks preferred.
