I just wanna say that I'm extremely happy with the services at this location. Kim the vet went Above and Beyond to help,she answered all my 100 questions she kept reaching out to check how my puppy and how I was. Dr. Ramsey was the Dr. And he worked with me. I puppy had parvo and they saved her life. Kim needs to be recognized for how great of a vet she is as well as a person. Great 👍🏽 service. 😀

Wonderful people. We had to bring in our beloved old girl for end-of-life-care. There is a comfortable, quiet room for the family to spend those last precious moments in private. I can't begin to say how comforting it was for us to find a staff that seemed to truly care about our feelings. They understood how difficult this was for us. Every word was spoken care and compassion. They were so kind and gentle with our girl, and with us. Big hearts. If you find yourself facing this decision with your pet, this is the place to go for a sympathetic, peaceful transition. I'm so grateful for I found them.

North Star 410 has been amazing to me!! My dog Remington was having an acute swelling in this throat and wasn’t eating or barking. My normal vet couldn’t see me in a timely manner and northstar was immediately accommodating and made me feel taken care of. Mayra at the front desk was so sweet and concerned about Remington, and the vet techs Leyla and Kim were so sweet and helpful and made me feel better immediately. Finally doctor Ramsey is so calming, patient and answered all my questions, and only charged me for the medications when I had to come back a second time because my dogs symptoms changed a few days after the first visit. 100% recommend and going back if I ever have another health scare!!!

I would highly recommend this vet! We took our 16yr old dog in Becuase she wasn’t feeling good and could barely walk. Within 30 minutes of being there they had a plan for Layla. Not only did they help my old girl but they showed me they really do care, becuase of them Layla is back to her self and feeling much better.

Dr. Ramsey and staff are the best! My dogs go 2 places in the car, to the vet and to my ranch. I don't know which excites them more! And one dog has had 4 major surgeries performed by Dr. Ramsey. Great place, great team!!!!!
