We took our Maltipoo here for the first time 6 weeks ago and he was groomed very nicely and quickly. Six weeks later we wanted to have him groomed again, but were told we couldn't bring him back because he kept trying to lick the clippers when they wanted to trim his muzzle. He's almost 13 years old, we've had him groomed since he was a puppy . He's always a little anxious with everything, but no one has ever told us not to return. I get it, it's a liability and they don't want to harm the animal. But I think this is an experience thing because the groomers at the big retailers are always very young. Nothing against young people because experience comes with time, but still.

Kennedy is amazing with my Pomeranians. She actually did research on how to properly groom a Pomeranian and did better than any of the “private practice” groomers that we’ve seen in the past.

I went to this shop for the first time. I wanted to buy a litter box and something for my cats. They have a huge variety of products in the store. There were more cats and dogs toys lined up in the store. They have a seasonal products too. Of course, many dog toys were lined up at the store. There are many types of Litter boxes, dry foods, and canned foods, which can be purchased individually. Almost all shelves were tidy it up. Easy to find out what I need to get. Employys were very friendly and helpful!

I enjoy shopping at this pet store. Anytime I have a question about a product they'll send somebody to help you find it. I've also had my dog groomed here and the prices are very good and the groomers are very nice.

I ordered a balled python through their website and had it sent here 5 years ago. The lady in there whom is a snake "expert" though I am a vet tech with exotic animal experience, wouldn't let me take the snake, realized she was holding him for her friend. Spent almost 200 dollars for that snake due to it being a rare coloring. I had a special tank ready for him. I waited two weeks for him to get there.

We moved here a couple months and I got my Luna girl groomed at Woof play and stay. They treated her horrible and the cut was awful. So I was recommended to try the PetSmart grooming from a family friend. Today Ms Ashley groomed Luna. I 10/10 recommend. She was so kind and understanding. She cut her hair just how I like it. And was done much quicker than expected. I will definitely be back to Ashley specifically. Great job and thank you!
