The shelter actually isn't bad. The case manager is bad. If you mess up and break their rules and don't follow their program they ban you for 30 days. But if you follow every rule, work with them, be a genuine person and complete their program you can't come back for TWO years..... I completed their program, got a job and a apartment. They paid for only one months rent and deposit. My sis and grandmother ended up passing away within a year. I lost it mentally and had a mental break down and couldn't work anymore. The first time I called them they said I couldn't come back until August 2024. I called them the other day and now they're saying August 2025 which is two years.... They are heartless. People fall on bad terms. It doesn't mean kick them out for two years.. That's heartless and brutal.

The Case Manager Jenny, is very rude, and disrespectful to the residents there. She offers no help to individuals, weather seeking employment, or with those in need. She is not understanding in any situation, and quick to put people out, without any resources for them to go..This lady, should not be working there, cause Case Managers are supposed to try to help, not put people down.I was put into a situation today, but instead for her understanding, I was terminated from the from this place, and even threatened to not come close to this place..She does not provide help, or do her job. Very unprofessional..
