My dog Maggie loves fur family. All of the staff are wonderful, and Dr. McKeage is amazing. They are great at communicating and speedy at responding to email. Maggie used to be terrified of going to the vets but now she walks right into the office no problem. We had a mass removed from her shoulder this morning and Dr. McKeage called me after they were finished and reassured me that everything went great. They even sent me a picture of her which made my day.

Bentley and I loved Fur Family!!! They were always very friendly and helpful! Reception staff is great, especially Julie. We were only with them a short time due to being military but when it came down to making sure we had everything we need to get Bentley overseas with us they did just about everything they could. Highly recommend them and they are in network with Embrace insurance.

My dog was extremely scared of having her nails trimmed so much she wouldn't let people touch her paws. Over the span of a year, the staff patiently worked with my dog to get to be more comfortable so much that now I can trim her nails with no nerves and she is so relaxed (Shout out to Faith for being so patient!). My dog actually looks forward to going to the vet because of all the treats and love she received there!

I'm writing this review based on only talking, emailing, and having one visit with this hospital. When I first called them to ask questions about their clinic, the ladies I spoke with over the phone and email were so nice! They were respectful and answered all the questions that I had. I was using the Little Apple Vet Clinic in Manhattan Ks but switched because they were insulting and disrespectful. Today my dog Beastie had her first appointment with them. After dealing with a rude clinic coming here was like a breath of fresh air. The DVM Megan Mckeage called to let me know about my dog and was very friendly. Everyone that I talked to at this clinic was amiable. They seem to care about the animals and not just money. I would recommend anyone to go here. I'm delighted with the care that my little girl received and plan to continue to go here. I also received a first-time visit image of my dog, which I think was nice, and it shows me that they go the extra mile for their customers and clients.

Faith was EXTREMELY rude when booking an appointment and when I needed to reschedule. I was a referral from multiple clients/dog trainers. I would never visit this vet after the customer service I received. I will be taking my business elsewhere
