Best animal clinic ever. I've used this vet. clinic for over 20 years. NEVER had a bad experience. Knowledgeable staff and the vet techs really care and are very gentle with my dogs. Dr. Alice Waters is one of the best as are all the veterinarians there. The techs and front office staff are helpful and well informed. Cannot say enough good things about them! Highly recommend!

We love the veterinarian here! We have been bring our dog Waylon here for about 3 years and the staff has been amazing. They take good care and precautionary measures with our dog and don’t try to sell us on too many treatments for his minor issues. Very careful and professional when it comes to skiddish animals.

Amazing care and compassion from ALL of the staff. We have been bringing all 3 of our pets here for the last few years and refuse to go anywhere else. They are up front with all pricing for services and provide accurate quotes. After finding a large mass on one of our dogs spleen they acted quickly to get us in (within a week) for an ultrasound AND surgery for removal. They kept us thoroughly informed throughout the process and provided honest and professional feedback on what the outcome of the biopsy could be. After waiting 2 weeks for results (not the fault of them we were waiting on kstate) we discovered the mass was non cancerous (THANK GOD) and they thoroughly explained the results and terminology used in the report. I will ALWAYS recommend Animal Doctor Westside to anyone looking for great veterinarian care

I won’t take my pets anywhere else in Manhattan! The ladies at the front desk are always so friendly & welcoming. Natalia is so patient and gentle with my two nervous heelers, Joey & Flint. They love coming to see her for pets & treats! Thank you guys for all you do :)

I feel safe bringing my pets here. I feel like the best vets are ran by people who love animals and the people who work here love animals! Every time I come in they readily welcome me. They constantly talk about how much of a joy it was to have my pets here! They love interacting with them and checking up on them. I worry that my pets will be lonely when they sometimes stay over night but the people here always check on them and give me a full detailed report on how they did. I know my pets are safe hers and well taken care of. Recently they have started emailing me quotes of how much a service may be depending on which services I want. I love this kind of transparency. Also they called the day after to check up on my pet after I took him home! That was a lovely surprise. I wont take my pets anywhere else ever.
