If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. I had seen both Dr. Banks and Dr. Kindness with my cat Pumpkin. She was feline leukemia positive so a somewhat unusual case. She unfortunately reached the end of her battle and the whole team was incredibly kind, compassionate, and empathetic through the whole process. They made sure to take the time to explain everything to me, and even sent me a really nice card after her passing. I will definitely go back to them when I feel ready for a new companion.

Absolutely the best veterinarian and vet technicians we have ever been to. Our Shepherd had to be heavily sedated for a much needed and long overdue nail trim and we are blessed to have chosen Riverwest Veterinarian Clinic! Upon entering the clinic we were quickly taken to a clean exam room, the vet technician was very thorough in explaining all the details and answering our questions. A reasonable quote was given and the procedure was done promptly with no complications. My dog is so happy and we are very pleased with the positive experience all the staff gave to our dog. Highly recommend, highly trustworthy clinic, excellent pricing and very clean practice. They treated our dog with love and kept us informed throughout the visit.

Dr. Becky and the Riverwest staff are fantastic! We were referred by friends to Riverwest Clinic after being dissatisfied with our previous vet and we are so grateful they did! We have a VERY nervous pitty mix who panics each time he goes to the vet. Every member of the Riverwest team does their absolute best to make both him and us feel comfortable and they shower him with pets, snuggles and love each time we go in, despite what has to be less than enjoyable for them (he's pooped on their floor, released his anal glands - you name it). They're incredibly patient and reassure both our dog and us at each visit. Dr. Becky and each tech gets right on the floor with him to meet him at his level and listens to each of our concerns. We're so glad we found Riverwest Vet Clinic! We highly recommend it as they truly will care for your dog

I took my dog to see Dr Kindness today and he and the rest of the staff were amazing. They are all so genuine and kind and made my dog feel at ease. They are very thorough and really took the time to explain things in detail that other vets have not. They also emailed detailed chart notes with everything we talked about, and even included articles and recommendations based on conditions that my dog has. Overall, I’m very impressed and glad we found them!

I took both of my cats Nimbus and Sirus for a routine check up and very happy with the care both of my kitties received! Dr. Kindness did a great job taking care of them and make sure they felt safe, despite how nervous they were to be at the vet. I would highly recommend this veterinary office to anyone in the Milwaukee area!

My sweet pooch has never received such great care as He does at Riverwest. The entire staff are so caring and knowledgeable. You know your pet is in great hands.when you walk through the door. They are professionals with a heart!
