Description Our facility is conveniently located in the amazing Berry farms shopping area directly by the Publix grocery store in south Franklin. Our 4200 square foot facility has a beautiful lobby with a pet boutique for all your small animal treats and birthday surprises. Our team of doctors are available with office hours 6 days a week and after hours for phone consults and emergency care. The facility has three exam rooms, full laboratory for onsite blood and urine analysis, as well as a complete surgical suite.

Been coming here for 2 years now and have been very happy ◡̈ I don't even live in Berry Farms anymore yet travel from Nashville (which if you knew me is a big deal lol) because I like them & feel comfortable that Spumoni is in good hands here. The gals who do Spumoni's nails are wonderful, and so personable, and we love Dr. Katie! She always takes the time to really listen to me and I never feel rushed. Nice bonus that on holidays they usually do something special & festive so we've got some adorable polaroids of us over the years.

I recently sent a message to the Berry Farms location inquiring about boarding. I requested a suite for my two dogs and was quoted a price. When it came down to actually making the reservation, I was told they don’t have suites, nor would the price even be correct if they had them. We are talking the real price was over twice the amount I was told. I asked to speak to the manager and she would not honor the price I was quoted at one of their other facilities. I have read other reviews on here since then that also reference wrong price quotes so beware of this. Also beware that there are three different boarding locations and they all have different types of crates available. This is not clearly stated on their website and misleading. This situation took valuable time off of my process of finding a place for our pets and set us back in the search.

Got my cat neutered here today. Was quoted $100-$200 over the phone with the girl I made the appt with, when I got there they charged me $380. I ask two different girls why I was being charged so much and they both just said they didn’t know and I should have been quoted $380. Also they didn’t give my cat a cone, the girl just said “if you need a cone they are cheap at the store” just pretty frustrating I was charged double what I was told and they couldn’t even throw in a cone to keep him from licking the incision as most places do.

I went here last minute upon the recommendation of a friend. They were very busy, but I was able to get an groomer appointment for the next day... lucky for me. Assorted pet toys... attached to the vet office is a big plus and gives peace of mind just knowing it is there.

Staff and Doctors here are fantastic. Dr. Mitch super caring and professional. Love the kennel folks. All three dogs have stayed, our lab has had emergency surgery and the outcome, recovery and care, super.

Honestly, had high expectations for this place but I couldn’t even get an appointment in every single time I called to set an appointment they would tell me I would have to get in contact with the groomer first but they would proceed to not give any further information a side from so telling me that the groomer would get in contact with me within a few days, but for more than a week I would get no call back so in good faith I would call again in hopes of a different outcome, but there was no change, this especially frustrated me because I didn’t try once or twice I try several times. This place honestly it’s not worth anybody’s trouble it looks like a great place but it all looks horrible customer service.
