We really love the boarding and the veterinarian office. Dr. Bissell is fantastic!! He is very knowledgeable and really cares for the dogs. Him and the entire staff goes above and beyond for the care of our two puppies . Doesn’t matter the time or the day . I feel bad that they do work extra hours . If we need an urgent question answered they are always willing to call even after hours to point us the right direction. Very genuine people. We even get texts from Dr Bissell following up to see how the dogs are doing. We really can’t complain. The boarding is the same. They are fantastic and work with families even on emergencies. We feel blessed we found them.

My dog runs to get in for boarding! Yup, she loves going and I love the Vet. Dr. Zack Bissell, staff (shout out to Melissa and Caitlyn the groomer), and facility. I will get all their names and post again. It's a fabulous experience making it easier for me to drop her off.

Very pleased with the service and staff at Sandbridge. Everyone was so kind and efficient. The service at the front was welcoming and made sure to check on us in exam room. Dr Bissell was just the best. He was so informative, thorough, and overall just great to be interacting with. The visit for my baby and the experience with the sandbridge staff was superior - I like to think because my cat is extremely handsome, charming, and perfect all around - I can keep dreaming…without a doubt highly suggest Sandbridge as a vet for your best friends they are grade A Thanks wholeheartedly for being so great we are so happy to have found a stellar practice since we moved here recently. <3

Dr Bissel is a wonderful vet that went above and beyond for my senior yorkie. We first discovered Sandbridge when my 16 year old yorkie got sick 3 months ago, this location was close to us so we figured we would try it out and we’re glad we did. Dr Bissel helped care for my yorkie the last few months of her life and helped us every step of the way. We had to take her in multiple times during this three months and he always got us in right away to see her and check on her. When it was time for her to cross the rainbow bridge, we really preferred to do it at home but none of those services were available for a few days. Dr Bissel got us in right away, gave us a private room and all the alone time we needed. He showed so much emotion and empathy for my sweet pup and our family. He was so comforting during this time and reassured us we have done everything we could for her. He went above and beyond to clip her hair and make multiple paw prints for us. I even received a card in the mail a few days later with a handwritten note about my dog and our family. In the short time I knew him, Dr Bissel treated us with so much kindness. If we do get another dog, we will definitely bring them to Sandbridge. Thank you!

The staff are wonderful! We took our dog here today for the first time and the experience was fantastic. Dr Bissell was excellent! He listened to everything we told him and even pointed out two things our dog was misdiagnosed with at our last vet. Love this vet! We will definitely bring our dog here from now on!

Love the Sandbridge Team! Since my very first visit, they have been nothing but accommodating to my girl. I was feeling hopeless when my 11 year old dog was needing dental treatment. Dr. B educated me on pros and cons to her dental surgery and set my girl up for success! She is better than ever. The team at Sandbridge excels in communication and all of them are so kind and always make sure my girl is taken care of when she goes in.
