Moses Creek animal hospital is a great place to bring your pet. They're pleasant and understand that our pets are family. We brought our fur baby Neo to them. I hope everyone that has a pet has one as lovable and beautiful. He had cancer. In the end our Neo simply had to be put to sleep today after 14 years of love. The people at Moses Creek are the best and very caring.

While I have been with Moses Creek Animal Hospital for only this past year, I have been conflicted about prices that I have paid for visits and medications compared to my last vet. I also read many reviews about how personable Dr. Becker is, but I can honestly tell you, I have maybe seen her once or twice when I've gone in with the dogs. The assistant normally takes them to the back, and that's it. On our very first visit with the doctor, she had an incredible time controlling my dog to give him his shot. It was attempted 3x, only after giving me ptsd from the complete experience. From this day, it had me questioning if I had made the right move to Moses Creek Vet. I continued with their care until calling for possible ear infections for both of my dogs. After calling on a Friday to get them in to be seen, I was told that they were completely booked, and they could only get me in if I would be willing to pay after hour fees. She also gave me the option to wait until Monday and have me purchase a flush to get them through the weekend, and then they could get me in the following Monday. Out of frustration (because of the mention of charging after hour fees,) I chose the latter. I then waited for my phone call to pick up their meds. Upon arriving to pick up the meds at 4:05 p.m., I discovered a completely empty waiting room. I know more could have been going on in the back, but not so much that warranting charging a patient "after hour fees" would be an appropriate thing to do. I then discussed a time with the young lady at the desk of when I could bring them in on Monday. After discovering the only slot they had available was an appointment time of which I had another appointment elsewhere. I asked her if they were always so busy that they could not manage to get sick patients in to be seen. I've noticed this more and more while trying to get appointments here. She replied that they had grown with many more patients lately and that they were doing their best to accommodate everyone. She then went to the back and came out 10 minutes later to offer me a drop-off appointment for the day. Where I can see this would be convenient for many, my dogs are not kenneled. I could not even imagine dropping them for the day in a kennel while already not feeling well. While I do recognize that emergencies will arise with much more seriousness, I also believe that they missed the mark on this one by wanting to charge me exessive fees to come in during normal hours. They unfortunately lost two patients because of this.

Dr Becker and Dr Olson and the entire staff are extremely professional and very knowledgeable. You can sense that they all have compassion and care for your pet. I always recommend Moses Creek Hospital.

Moses Creek Animal Hospital is outstanding in its care! I have been with them for ten years and on every single visit I walk away just amazed at the compassion, kindness, and excellent care my pet receives. (and my neurotic self)! I feel like I want to win the lottery for them and just gift them all. Thank you to all the staff. You are truly angels. All of you.

What a great place! Everyone from the people at the front desk to the techs and vet behind the scenes were very nice. Took my kitty in because he wasn’t feeling well. They did an exam and found out he is just fine. A healthy teenager. No tests were done. None needed. I wouldn’t have known that, they could have done tests, inflated my bill, I wouldn’t have known. They didn’t. An honest place, cares about animals. I’m following my kitty around outside with a baggie, but that’s okay, Mom’s weird anyhow. When he poops one of these times I’ll get a sample. So, until the pooping happens in front of me…

Dr. Osborn & Dr. Becker and their staff take exceptional care of my fur babies. They have on more than one occasion helped me with emergencies and do a great job with the preventative care as well. Thanks for all of your efforts! I wholeheartedly recommend Moses Creek Animal Hospital!
