The staff was super friendly and made me feel at ease when caring for my cat. They quickly found the problem and provided me with a solution! My cat started improving within 24 hours of her visit. I had been seeing another vet for my other cats, but my experience was so good here, that we will be using this one from now on.

My experience at southeast veterinary hospital was great! I had an appointment for my cat and we were taken in on time. They called my previous veterinary hospital and had my cat's records forwarded to them at my request. That was great because it took the legwork off me! The office was very clean and everyone was friendly and welcoming. The doctor spoke with me at length about my cat and her exam findings and I did not feel rushed at all!!!! The fees were very reasonable . This all being said I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VETERINARY HOSPITAL!! Also she had her blood taken at the visit and I was called the next day AS PROMISED with the results!!! I have already made her next annual appointment with this veterinarian and they made me feel assured that if I have any issues during the year not to hesitate to call them. I am extremely happy 😊

Love this Doctor and so does my puppy. Dr Timberlake and my family have been through a lot together. He will go the distance to ensure that you and your best friend are treated well and taken care of with compassion and kindness. Staff is professional and caring. The clinic is clean and organized. Appointments are adhered to. 🩷🩷

Been going here for years now when we first had a pig as they were one of the few vets in town that took farm animals. Now, two dogs (one that's half blind) and a cat later, we still use SEVH and are very happy here! We always get options for the best treatments for our fur babies and usually can get in the same day for unexpected ailments.

Unfortunately, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to let my fur baby of 17 years go. There wasn’t one staff member that I didn’t sense genuine compassion from. They created a safe space for myself, my partner, and beloved dog to say our last goodbyes. They were patient, kind, and emotionally supportive through the entire experience. I appreciated their attention to privacy and the business side of the process, by having us arrange everything beforehand and providing a private exit once we said our finally goodbye. I was only in the area for the summer, but if I ever move to St. Augustine, I will definitely obtain their services for our pets!

We had a very serious emergency with our dog while visiting on vacation and we are happy it happened here of all places because of the care he was given. I could not have asked for a better experience. They acted quick, were compassionate and also very talented. We wish we could bring them home with us to Atlanta so we could have them as our primary vet. Thank you all very much for saving our boy and being so kind and compassionate.
