The care Whippers received was excellent! The receptionist, Nicolette made me feel so much better. She had empathy for my baby Whippers. There was no waiting to see Dr. Kern. The care given was an emergency to me and the staff was working quickly because it was an emergency to them as well..Dr. Kern called me personally and all information was forwarded to our vet in Savannah. We will be visiting St Augustine again in the future..It is good to know we have Dr. Kern and the staff there at Shores Animal Hospital in St Augustine, Florida. I’ve been bringing my four boys to Shores Animal Hospital for over a year. Crystal is a wonderful groomer. She’s very professional, takes her time with each dog and delivers beautiful consistent haircuts. My boys never seem stressed out when I pick them up. I think that’s because Crystal really understands animal behaviors and is very gentle and patient with each of them. The staff at Shores Animal Hospital are very special too. They’re all so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They seem genuinely glad to see us when we arrive for their monthly grooming appointment and there’s a happy celebration-like send off for the “White Boys” as they depart wearing their cute new colorful bandannas!

We recently moved to St Augustine and saw all the positive reviews about Shores! The staff and Dr. Zachery are so welcoming and wonderful to all our pets! Their medical knowledge and thoughtful treatments, willingness to take the time to hear our concerns, along with their pleasant attitudes, make this the perfect vet for our beach furbabies!

Brought my girl Charmander in for a wellness check as she’s 9 years old and from the adorable signage out front to a very calm and quiet indoor environment I won’t be taking her anywhere else. While the names of the Dr. and Vet Tech escape me, everyone was pleasant and showed a sense of care/compassion.

My Scotty's first grooming visit at Shores Animal Hospital was outstanding. Suzie did an amazing summer cut on Putter. We are appreciative of the professionalism. All of the staff were accommodating and very friendly. The clinic was top notch and clean. I highly recommend this clinic and will definitely return in the future.

From the welcome sign to the follow up phone call, our experience was very positive! Clean, nice atmosphere. The staff and Dr. Drilingas were friendly and attentive to our kitty. They didn’t add on services to increase the bill like other vets we’ve been to. Highly recommend!!
