She gave us practical advice about her allergies and referred us to experts about her other medical conditions. I called to make an urgent appointment but the phones were down. Luckily I had Dr Morris phone # so I texted her and she called them to reset them. My dog was seen that day and sent home by the end of the day! That's what I call excellent service!
