Dr. Bernal is FANTASTIC. We had a rough start this year with our older pup having recurring hematomas and other issues. She helped him (and us) through it. Have you ever been around someone in their flow and it’s crystal clear they are doing what they’re born to do? I feel like that’s Dr. Bernal. Her passion is evident and ‘pupside’ manner even in one of our most stressed out times has made us big fans and so grateful to have found her. The Vet Techs here have also always been patient and kind and great with our pup(s) and let’s face it, when fielding alllll the questions we have on treatment plans and costs. Last but not least — Nick at the front is wonderful and has always been helpful when he calls with reminders or if I’ve had to call in with questions about scheduling!

the staff made me feel that my cat was in very good hands. they took their time explaining everything to me, sending me an invoice through email and going through the price on the phone as well, and the doctor spoke to me was my cat was ready to be discharged giving me a lot of information on how to care for my cat during her recovery. it was pricey however i didn’t mind as they saw my cat almost immediately and were very helpful. would recommend 10/10

My family and I are beyond disappointed in the grooming services our dog received today. We hadn’t gone in a while because our favorite groomer left and winter break was hectic. We asked the groomer to make our dog a tad shorter than the last time we had taken him in. His hair was very long at this point. Upon picking him up today he was shaved down pretty much to his skin other than his head and tail. We feel so sad for our poor dog and he is not acting himself. We took our fur baby in, trusting he was in good hands and we will never take him there again. We feel so guilty for how he looks and how sad he is acting.

Dr. Shah did an amazing job with my two kittens spay/neuter. They healed even quicker than the office told us to expect, and seemed to be in absolutely no pain after we brought them home from the procedure. Less than a few weeks after the fact it would be difficult to tell they’ve even had surgery. The staff was really communicative and made me feel like my two babies were in great hands. Although the procedures may be considered a tad pricey, it truly was worth it to see the quick recovery and lack of pain my little ones had.

The one star is for the girl who explained the three options for my cat who is having problems urinating, I chose the $600+ option instead of the $800 for a blood and urine sample this was at 9:00am. They asked if I could leave my cat for a couple hours due to the fact she didn’t have a full bladder so I agreed. My cat was there from 9am until 5:30pm and they never got a urine sample after trying with the needle twice supposedly. I asked why they didn’t just utilize a catheter to gain a sample, the girl explained they would have to anesthetize her in order to do that. That’s fine with me but they are not progressive thinkers in the Oceanside VCA on Benet Road. So I pick her up pay over $200 and am going over my bill and I see they never did a blood test after she was there for over 8 hours. Her blanket in her carrier they stuck her in was soaked with alcohol and she was inhaling it for however long they had her in there. It seems they have no idea what the word CARE means. Steer clear of this hospital due to the lack of care. Go to ALL PETS ANIMAL HOSPITAL

Took my fur baby here when he had an accident and hurt his paw. Thankful for them being understanding when I was crying and didn't know what was going on. Will always go back here for my fur babies needs!
