Such an amazing pet adoption experience! All staff was very helpful, supportive, and informative on how to properly care for a recent shelter animal. The process was quick and easy. Staff communicated in a quickly timed manner to any questions I had via Facebook. They are also highly educated on animals & experienced with pet adoptions. I adopted the sweetest terrier mix dog, and could not have been happier choosing her & Humane Pet Services to adopt from !

Great spot to adopt. Not the biggest selection of dogs but all of them are rescues if I understand right and they Made it super easy to adopt our new puppy. Decent selection of over supplies and a lot of great info.

Humane Pet Services LLC and more importantly Marcy and Shane have extended their gratitude, support, and care into making sure our adoption was successful and the right fit for our family! After the passing of my childhood pup, I knew I needed a special addition. We had two rescue dogs at home. We called and explained that our Belgian has SUPER bad anxiety whenever we go to shelters (we had tried adopting other places & we could not even get him through the door. Marcy had explained it was up to us whether or not we brought them in to meet the pup we were looking at. After some thought and talking it through with Marcy we felt more comfortable introducing them at a neutral location. By this time we were going to reach the store 5 minutes to close and so we called and asked. They stayed open LATE just for us! Marcy’s knowledge of dog behavior had been so helpful once we brought our purebred white Australian Cattle Dog, Cruella, home. The dogs connected well thanks to Marcy’s advice! Cruella had some accident issues and when we brought up to Humane Pet Services they immediately helped us get a routine for her. Since her adoption we’ve had a baby and Cruella is SO well behaved around her. I truly credit Shane and Marcy for this!!! Now we’ve had Cruella for a year and we simply shop for bones, treats, dog food, nail trims, and anything in between! Shane does an amazing job of keeping the store clean and the dogs loved everyday. This is the only pet store we shop with! Family owned, competitive prices, used and good condition items, and of course their mission! As a volunteer, I see the ends and outs of what day to day rescue is. Showing up in a blizzard or when a family member passes — Marcy and Shane cover the ropes!!! They truly love what they do and care about uniting pets to their forever homes! Being new to the area, Marcy and Shane quickly became our friends! This is truly one of my favorite parts of our adoption of Cruella. They have welcomed us into the community more than anyone! We love you guys!!! Thanks for our Cruella DeVil! They were great when i got my dog. I came in several times and got tours and pet the dogs before i found the one. The owner was amazing, she stayed late so my family could also meet the dog before deciding. She also sold us the kennel he had been trained in for cheap. My friend got a dog from them that had some issues and they worked with her and the dog to correct them. They just have a really wonderful team and now Im so glad i have my baby.

This place is ran very well and they truly care about finding homes for the animals that need them. I adopted my new canine companion from them just last week and couldnt be happier with my decision!
