I cannot detail how much I appreciate the staff at this clinic. Everyone has the kindest soul. They show so much caring toward their clientele. And they have helped me so, so much. When one of my kittens was going through a critical condition, they did everything they possibly could to get me in so I wouldn't have to pay a huge sum for surgery at the Urgent Pet Clinic. Unfortunately, it wasn't able to work out and I still ended up at Urgent, but they were the only ones to put so much effort into helping me. Even Good Samaritan, the place every vet recommended in Omaha, couldn't hold a light to this clinic regarding service provided by staff. They also help provide care to the nearby humane shelter (which I recommend checking out). The vets are great (though there is a new one I am not well acquainted with yet). Amanda, once a receptionist and now their office manager, is a delight and someone who brightens my day. And they are one of the more reasonably priced places in the area. Thank you all for your continued hardwork and kindness!

I started taking my toy poodle to Valley View about a year ago because she wasn't eating and needed several teeth pulled. They were so great with her and much less expensive than i expected. We recently had to let her go to Rainbow heaven, and they were amazing! They give you a very comfortable room to spend your last moments and as much time as you need. A private exit when you're ready to leave. I would highly recommend this clinic.

The staff here are absolutely amazing! They do everything in their power to help my pup, that is reactive to other dogs, feel as comfortable as possible. Vet visits are never fun, but I cannot recommend them enough!

They let us have a walk in time but waited over 1 hour to be seen. In total, there from 1:15 to 4:35. The vet was amazing! She explained everything very well and listened to me. My dog is doing so much better!

Friendly staff but I was told my dog is dying in a VOICEMAIL, and then that was it. No other tests, no treatment options, and when I called back to ask about what I could do for comfort, I just got another voice-mail saying canned dog food. I went to 24th St Vet and while I did get the same diagnosis, they were so much more thorough, explained everything in detail, and they were really sweet to my dog. Valley View really dropped the ball, I feel like. My dog lasted 4 days after they left that voice-mail.

Amazing clinic with the nicest staff and very knowledgeable, caring vets. I had an emergency over a holiday weekend and Dr. Lee met me at the clinic, so I could pick up seizure meds for my dog. Thank you!
