I cannot express the love and care I received from everyone that is with the facility today. After calling the police department humane society and several other businesses I was told they could not help me but PROMISE 4 PAWS was the only one I reached out to that without questioning came and helped me save my cat from an air vent she fell into my cat would of not been able to make it out alive if it wasn’t for the selfless and kindness of their heart. Yet I will say the police did come out 3 hours later from a panic phone call they said they could not help and left after ten minutes. Now im not saying they are rescue because I know they have a lot of adoptions available I’m saying they are the most caring people I’ve meet in a long time and if you did adopt from them I know the animal would be a loving and caring addition to your family I never knew about them until today and I am beyond grateful I called them
