Heartland Humane Bat Removal were amazing to work with. They were quick to respond to our questions and concerns and did a great job at scheduling. Clint was very knowledgeable in explaining how bats get in, where they were coming in from, and how the shoot worked. Our bat friends were out quickly once the shoots were placed and have stayed out. Thank you for helping us and we can’t recommend you enough!

Had them come out for a problem with our fireplace. Super helpful and very responsive. Office staff was very easy to communicate with and quick to set up the appointment.Very professional. Travis came out in a timely manner and was able to quickly figure out the problem. He explained everything very well and got it all taken care of. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again if any problems.

Had the owner, Travis, arrive for the service call. He was great! Explained the issue we had with our fireplace, diagnosed the problem quickly, and resolved it. He provided me a quick tutorial on how to relight the pilot and how other features work. Great service, prompt, efficient and professional! We’ll be calling them again for routine maintenance and repairs!
