Our pets have been going here for 10 years, and we will keep using Airpark as long as we live in the area. Everyone there is fantastic. The front of house staff are kind and helpful, even when we are upset with a sick animal. The Techs and Vets are all really good with the animals, and everyone explains processes and procedures in ways that are understandable if you don't have a medical background. We have seen just about every Vet at the practice over the years and each Dr. is as smart and caring as the last. If they would let me, I would have the Vets be my doctor too.

Took our beagle mix in for an emergency seizure since our regular vet was closed. They got us in right away, did test, gave medicine and countless advice on the best treatment for our animals. They are truly a blessing. Stress and hassle free. Amazing environment, clear, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, safe to say, we won’t be going anywhere else for any of our animals. Customers for life. Thank you all ❤️

Had immediate response with our new puppy. The staff was super friendly, the doctor was extremely nice and thorough. They did NOT try to tack on any unnecessary tests and gave us great information. They were in love with our puppy and it showed from first contact to the time we had left. Excellent

Belgian Malinois owner. The full staff has the expertise and experience to handle this breed! Front end, vet tech and veterinary team. Many are owners themselves. No any other explanation needed. Also a cat owner (weird I know)! They have guided us through sickness and health- kittens and crossing the rainbow bridge. Our family is so incredibly grateful to have Airpark Animal Hospital taking care of our fur babies.

ETA: Add Malicious Non-Compliance to the list. They've received 4 requests from another Vet for all animal records to be transferred and failed to do so for 5 weeks. After seeing them with 4 animals for over a year, we can't leave fast enough. Some doctors are great (Kennedy), and some are terrible (Ridinger). But the office manager takes the cake, Carl is super special. 2 of our dogs fought, and we worked with Nancy Williams, a certified behaviorist who's on their own website. We brought 1 dog in for his annual & Dr. Ridinger opened the appointment by discussing putting our dog down. We were FLOORED. She made our dog extremely nervous, and he growled once for about 5 seconds, she pointed it out as an example of him being aggressive. We requested another vet and waited another 25 minutes for Dr Kennedy to take over the appointment. While we waited another dog was brought into the waiting room, by the sound of it, it was a small terrier, and it was sitting right outside of our exam room door growling and barking for 10 straight minutes. I had to call the front desk and ask if that dog could be moved because a vet had just come in and told us our dog needed to be put down because he had growled for 5 seconds, and now this dog was scaring the hell out of him. Short story is Dr Ridinger read the report wrong & didn't bother to listen to Nancy when they spoke - she just had it all completely wrong & would NOT listen to us at all. When I addressed our concerns about the doctor and the placement of an aggressive dog with Carl, he laughed and told me I had no reason to believe that the other dog was aggressive and refused to address that they had handled anything badly. At one point he admitted that they were under the impression that our dog was starting fights, that was not ever the case & it would have been easy to just ask some basic questions instead of launching into killing my dog. We have another appointment tomorrow, it's a post-op visit for our other dog. I called to confirm that we would not have to deal with Dr Riddinger again, and Carl has now banned our family from Airpark because someone's feelings were hurt. He literally said that. So, an animal in need of post-operative care can go without and wait for a new patient appointment somewhere else, all because someone's feelings were hurt? A stellar choice, clearly one that puts the animal's needs as the priority. Carl, you're a sincere disappointment as a human in this line of work. They could not have handled the situation worse, and then they terminate us as clients because of their mismanagement? Their staff was sad, but they're the ones who tried to put our dog down and then exposed him to an aggressive animal? They can't have it both ways. My dog can't be aggressive for growling for 5 seconds, and the other dog can't be perfectly fine when he's growling in barking for ten minutes. That speaks to breed bias. Go ahead Carl...I know you won't be able to leave this alone. What have you got? I'll answer every reply. PS, Airpark reviews from previous employees on Indeed are very revealing. Mismanagement is the #1 complaint. Go figure. 🙄

The staff is very understanding, caring, and compassionate about people's pets. My dog is not animal friendly, and they made a clear path to bring my dog in to be seen without controversy with him seeing other pets, not alot of places I have been would do that so I had to seek a mobile vet as to not have this issue, they did my dogs cruciate surgery and did a remarkable job, they will be my permanent Vet, thank you Airpark Animal Hospital for great service.
