I’d definitely bring my dog back here, took her in after making an assumption as to what was wrong with her (Pyometra) and I was unfortunately right. The staff here is amazing and the fact that they were able to squeeze Luna in that same night for surgery was more than ideal. They’re kind and compassionate. Also beyond understanding and helpful when it came to Luna, as she can get a bit reactive when I’m around. Thank you guys for what you’re doing!

I never thought I would see the light of such a dark day. I brought my kitty ace in with me because he was not feeling good and unfortunately, I had to leave alone. I am so thankful that he was in the care of you guys and there were moments where it felt like it was not just my cat but there’s as well. as I come back from work today I look in the mail and there is a Signed card expressing their condolences for ace. while this might be a small gesture for them. It means the world to me and I’m sure Other animal lovers, thank you guys for taking care of my boy, he meant more to me than anybody will ever know and I wouldn’t want anybody else taking care of him during his struggles, thank you guys very much. You will forever be a part of my life and I will forever be grateful for you, wishing everybody happy times ahead thank you again - chase

The team here is amazing. Compassionate and friendly. They brought my elderly dog a bed to use while we waited, she went right to sleep. She never relaxes at the vet, and I work at a vet so she's not exactly a stranger to clinics. They took great care of my girl and got her on the mend. Thank you Dr. Sutton and the team, from me and Nala.

Super positive experience here, start to finish. Very calm and helpful staff, super efficient and kind treatment (both for my pup and for talking with me, the nervous wreck :)), prices very reasonable AND transparent, and the place itself is very nice - clean and comfortable. Obviously hoping we don’t have to go back for more emergencies, but if we do - this will easily be our first choice for where to go.

i brought my 4 week old kittens here when i thought they weren’t going to make it. i found them malnourished and very ill and abandoned by their mom. the staff taught me everything i needed to know on how to care for them… they were amazing. if it wasn’t for the doctors i’m not sure where they would be now. they are 8 months old and as healthy as can be. i’m so thankful for the staff for their knowledge and support.

I’m not normally one to leave a negative review, but bringing my dog here was the worst decision I ever made. We got there around 8:45pm on Monday 4/15/24. They did bloodwork and X-rays but gave us no real answer as to what was going on. They took my dog back, and while we sat in a room for over 5 hours, our dog got significantly worse. After 2am we were sent to another hospital. Asa could no longer walk. At Mason Dixon Animal Hospital they showed immediate concern for him. Within 10 minutes of arriving, with just a quick ultrasound, they knew what was wrong and that he wasn’t going to make it. I feel Central Carroll Animal Emergency neglected to do the proper testing and examinations. He was a critical patient and was not treated as one. Staff members stated a staff shortage, I should have known then he would not be properly taken care of. My poor sweet boy was put to sleep at approximately 3:30am 4/16/24. If you’re in an urgent situation, I highly recommend going elsewhere. I wish I would have.
