Everyone from the reception area to the veterinarian assistant to the Doctor himself was caring, kind, informative and knowledgable. They answered all of my questions and concerns with smiles and patience. They gave me plenty of choices on how to handle my dog's health concerns, not limiting me to just the most expensive options, which, being a senior on social security, I truly appreciated. I will not bring my dog anywhere else when the need arises.

Dr. Morris has been caring for my cats since 2019. I met her at the emergency vet, PETS, when one of my boys had a severe urinary issue. She is very thorough, understanding, knowledgeable and direct. She has also done dental cleanings and extractions for both of my boys. I know they're always in excellent hands here. Their new facility is spacious and comfortable. Everything is always incredibly clean and well kept. A huge thank you to Dr. Morris, Jody, Nadine, Dr. Knox and Calvin!

We took our three dogs there for the first time last night, for their yearly checkup. I SO HAPPY with how well our appt went. We have a very nervous and sensitive chihuahua, Ellie. Dr. Brophy and Missy (Melissa) were absolutely wonderful with her. They went super slow, took their time and were just so gentle and kind. We also have two pugs who are a teensy bit crazy and they seemed to really have a great time. The hospital is beautifully modern, insanely well set up and ultra clean. And I must say, for 3 dogs to get exams, vaccines and heartworm tests, the pricing is extremely reasonable. We found our new vet office and I am so thrilled. Thank you Pine Creek! And thank you to Amanda who was kind enough to give us a tour before our appointment.

First visit for a second opinion on our little pup. The staff, vet techs, and Veterinarian were amazing. Friendly and engaging, you can tell they have a passion for animals. Felt comfortable from the start, and they took the time to make our little guy feel comfortable and safe. The Vet was thorough and explained in detail his diagnosis. I will not hesitate to take our little guy back to them!

This vet clinic is fantastic! I have a super anxious/reactive rescue dog and everyone here has been so patient with her. It has helped her so much. They let us schedule a happy visit so she could come in and explore during a quite time. She also recently ate an unknown mushroom and the vets and staff called several times to check in on her and walked me through what to do. I have never received so many check-ins from a vet clinic before. We are new to the area and I'm so glad we found Pine Creek!

It's been our vet for years, but ownership recently changed hands... it's a little weird. We knew the old staff, many have left, but some are still there. Some of the financial changes scared us at first... but it's still not an expensive vet. And they all care about the animals. As an owner of 5 cats, I recommend this office. We used to have 2 dogs, they both passed away in the last few years age related, one during covid and one after, even their passing was handled beautifully...
