Im happy they were able to get my dog in fast for a procedure he needed. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. At the initial consultation, they gave a step by step of the operation procedure followed by a quote afterward. They treated Dukie a few days after our initial visit, and he has been doing great ever since. I'd recommend anyone to have their pet procedures done by the staff here.
I cannot say enough good things about Furdunkin!! Thank you so much for all you did for us!! We unfortunately had a vet emergency last night! They took us in as if we were family. Made us feel at home while they took care of our Lincoln! The staff is amazing, they are caring and really do love their jobs!! We didn’t feel like a number, but like we were the only ones they were taking care of!! I highly recommend them, they are not only for emergencies, so we will be going back for regular check ups too! 🐾 💜 Lincoln is home now resting!
I have a senior German shepherd with lots of health issues. My girl needed to be seen right away. Nausea, not eating and very lethargic… her health had taken a turn for worse over night and it was very possible her quality of life was no longer there and it was going to be my job to make that awful decision. However, I wanted my sweet girl to be examined before making any decision. ..We rushed over to Furdunkin for their expert opinion. Walking in the door I knew I had made right choice coming here. Furdunkin is unlike any other animal clinic. So warm, bright, welcoming, with kind compassionate animal lovers just like me. I felt so comfortable as did my old girl Skye in exam room. A couch to sit on with lots of windows, nice comfy rug for my old girl to relax on and no examination table. Skye wasn’t stressed and with coaxing went to back with tech much easier then normal. Dr Jung came strolling into exam room after triaging in back and my girl who always barks at anyone entering her space never barked at all and allowed Dr Jung to pet her like they were long time friends. I was absolutely amazed that my girl felt so comfortable around Dr Jung. Everything was explained to me very thoroughly and I was shown the chest X-rays so I could see what she sees. Very pleased and overjoyed to have Dr Jung say your girl looks pretty good for a 13 year old GSD. I was so very happy to hear this news!! I did not feel that I was being rushed in anyway or that the vet was in a hurry. Even after we got home, not more than an hour later, the vet called me to give me the report on the Radiologist reading my x-rays. I expected that might not come for a day or two, but it was almost immediate. More good news she again went over all her tests and exam again reconfirming to me that my girl’s time is not up yet!! The staff is amazing !!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such wonderful care of my absolute best friend in the world My sweet Skye!! More time for more adventures !
New to the area and needed a vet for our fur baby. Easily got an appointment, loved how they explained everything thoroughly, and broke down the cost of items as needed. Can’t beat the tasty coffee too!
What a warm and welcoming experience. Everything about this business is positive. It is not a sterile environment, we all felt comfortable. There are couches, comfy pillows, strawberry lemonade, a fireplace feature…. and we left with doggie ice cream! This is a vet office like no other.
I was in the area(not at home) and Furdunkin was able to see my dog within the day I called. Our regular vet was in Harrisburg but there was no time to get him there. The staff at Furdunkin was very warm and welcoming offering beverages when we arrived. Our dog was chewing his paw and chewed it raw. I also was sure he had a tick (or skin tag- (which it was) attached to the sore paw. The Vet gave him a thorough exam and then put him on an antibiotic because of the infection and insisted on the “cone of shame” LOL until it’s cleared up. She also recommended epson salts soak(for 5 minutes) 2x a day for a week The Vet endorsed our desire to get him on probiotics- plain yogurt. We are very pleased with the care our dog received. We would highly recommend Furdunkin Veterinary hospital..
