The team at this vet hospital are absolutely above and beyond. I had to make that dreaded decision on Mother's Day weekend of 2024 to put my 21-year-old baby girl kitty, Tabitha Jane (Tabby), to sleep forever. The vet techs and the vet and receptionist, everyone was amazing. As this time of year is already hard for me for several reasons, I truly felt that they cared. I was able to hold Tabby while they took her pain away. They were so patient with me and my family and even billed us for the euthanasia. I didn't feel rushed once, and from the phone call to schedule this to when I walked out with her in her little white coffin, I am so truly impressed and happy to have met them.

I can't express enough how amazing Doctor Savage and her staff are. We have been taking our Bullmastiff and Bulldog there for years. They have always been so attentive, responsive, and empathetic . We recently switched vets because of a move, but have decided to make the drive after seeing how other Vet offices compare to Manheim Pike Veterinary/ Metro Vet. They are truly elite when it comes to the way they take care of our fur family.

Dr. Li and all of the staff were phenomenal. My Greyhound is finicky, especially for a greyhound. Dr. Li and staff were able to complete a Dental on her while attending to my anxiety, as well. Can't recommend enough. We are lucky to have such professionalism and compassion in Lancaster.

I love this practice so much. I have been using them for around five years and they take excellent care of both of my dogs. One of my dogs in particular has struggled with anxiety and reactivity and they have been so gracious to allow us to book time to come for training visits and practice interacting with the staff to build a trustworthy relationship. I have recommended them to any of my friends and coworkers looking for a vet in the area they are simply fantastic.
