Where do I begin? I have been an happy customer of Dominion Pest Control for over a year now. They have the best work ethic, show courtesy to let you know arrival time for treatment of property, in and out before you know it, responds promptly to my calls for extra spraying, but mostly takes time out an employee's busy schedule to make sure an extra appointment is needed and completed. I am old fashion and likes a paper bill in my hand, and place a check in the mail when paying. They quickly adapted to my request, and my choice of bill paying was no problem. Speaking of bills, their cost are so reasonable as well. This makes a senior as myself happy especially with a fixed income. What's even more personable, is when you call a real person answer's. Always a friendly voice, and never leaves you hanging when a question is asked. The answer is complete and yes at a level of understanding, so no misunderstandings between customer and office assistant. All in all everyone is on the same page. I would recommend Dominion Pest Control LLC to anyone. What's even better they are locally owned and from my experience they take pride at what they do 💯%.

The first year we owned our home, we found we had ants, which was not a surprise. Dominion came out and did a treatment and the ants were gone. Now we have them come out every year to treat our home and no longer have any issues. Brandi has come here the last 2 times, and she is so thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and fantastic! I used to look over my shoulder when going into the back yard due to all the mosquitoes. It was also very concerning for the safety of my family, especially since we have a toddler. However we were rest assured that all products were 100% human friendly. It was super quick and I hardly even noticed the technician was there. I’m excited to finally be able to use our yard space for myself and family. We look forward to our next lawn care service!

Our experience with Dominion has been great. The staff and ownership are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the pricing is very fair. We've been having issues with odorous house ants for several years and finally decided to pull the trigger and call a pest control company. Since Dominion has been out to our house, we have not been experiencing the issue at all. We will continue to use Dominion in the future!
