As a pet professional, boarding and working with dogs for over 20 years, I've been to MANY veterinary offices. Over the holidays one of our senior boarders seemed like she was shaking her head a little more than usual and her ears were tender to the touch. I immediately contacted the owner and they sent me here, to CSVH. I'd never been to CSVH but obviously didn't hesitate to call and explain the situation. They saw us immediately, completely understood the situation and were incredibly accommodating. Their waiting room was clean and well cared for, the staff up front were friendly and fun to chat with while we waited. We were shown to our room pretty quickly (especially considering this was an emergency appointment so we didn't originally have an appointment scheduled that day). They were so gentle and AWESOME with our old gal and got us taken care of with the highest priority and service. Not all vets do that. I know from experience. The old gal is feeling better now, fully recuperated, and back home with her people. It was great to have her with us, even if there were a few bumps along the way. 😘🤗😁

seriously the most compassionate people i have ever taken my animals to! my cat, biscuit, had a nasty infection on her spay that was done at a different clinic. i brought her in and dr. stefanie was able to do her revision surgery that same day and kept reassuring me that she would be ok. none of the staff seemed to be bothered by my million questions and constant calls (or my hysterical sobbing, if we’re being honest), and dr.stefanie even went out of her way to let me know that i can always reach out and it wouldn’t be a bother at all. i always worry myself sick when it comes to my fur babies but this clinic makes it so easy to put your trust in them. we love CSVH!

Dr Jenny is a phenomenal vet. I’m so grateful for her and the way she’s taken care of my pets. I recently had to put one of my cats down with her and she fit me in towards the end of her day so as to not let him suffer. She helped me feel so much better. She’s very thorough and helpful. Please consider using this vet clinic, I have taken two of my cats and my dog here and had nothing but good experiences.
