Today, I tried to take my bunny because he was bleeding from a broken nail. Nobody was at the front desk, it was locked, and I waited outside for about 10 minutes. It was Sunday, a lot of vets were not open. Finally, the door was opened by an employee. I was rudely turned away as they “don’t do small pets”. They ONLY do dogs and cats. There are cats and dogs smaller than my bunny, and they I begged them to help me just bandage it. They refused. Do not go to this place, they will turn animals away even if it’s simply to bandage up a wound. They might as well take the word “animal” out of their sign if they are going to discriminate. They could’ve provided tips, or offered me a bandage to do it myself maybe, but didn’t even do so much as that.

I’ve since brought both of my dogs here. Once for my puppy who decided to play with a bee and started drooling after her vet closed, and once for my older dog eating chocolate. Both times I had a wonderful experience. My puppy was perfectly fine, and it’s been a week since the chocolate. Dr Margaret was wonderful, and so were the techs and receptionists who assisted with Cola and Deku. Thank y’all for helping my girls, truly

While I was out of town my boy, Max, ended up here for 2 nights due to an emergency. Everyone was so kind when I called (probably way too much) to check on my boy. They took such good care of him and helped him to get to feeling so much better. They were so accommodating when I had a friend go to visit while I was out of town. I can't even put into words how appreciative I am of this facility and how well they treated my boy!

We are so grateful to Dr. Beth for the care and compassion she showed us during such a difficult time. This morning, we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Nestle, and Dr. Beth handled the process with such kindness and grace. She treated Nestle with the utmost respect, and her comforting words helped bring us peace. Though it was an incredibly tough decision, Dr. Beth’s gentle approach made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate veterinarian to be by our side in Nestle's final moments. We learned that she is a relief doctor and not there all the time but she was awesome! The CSR and technician were also wonderful! This is not our regular animal hospital, so we feel very fortunate that she helped us transition Nestle across the rainbow bridge.

Greetings. In the beginning of May 2022, I brought my dear Siamese baby boy Yeti to help resolve the infirmity I had know idea he had, and later his adopted sister Carmen would ultimately perish from too. It brought me to a chapter of wicked hate and despair on the world and on myself. Ultimately, I am grateful when my dear baby boy Yeti contracted the terminal disease of feline infectious peritonitis that this team could help end the pain. Though in my sorrow and guilt I carried for around a year, I thank you so very much for everything you have done. May peace and grace be upon you from Our Father in Heaven. May all animals find peace one day and may there be no more suffering to these beloved animals. To God be all the glory. Amen.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. By far the most caring and comprehensive veterinary care I’ve received in New Orleans. Every single staff member I interacted with was compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. 10/10
