The adoption process and visitations are easy. However, both cats I adopted came with fleas, which turned into tapeworms, despite them having prevention meds. The staff was attentive and friendly, which helped the situation. They were able to get them scheduled immediately to see the vet, and are recovering well.
The people here are the most kind and helpful people you could ever meet. They truly care. They treated us with great care.
Ahhhh, Dr. Page, we'll follow you anywhere to the Moon and to the LSPCA! Outside of her being the best and reason I came I'll say the staff, both receptionists who made sure his full name was on his chart Abdul Waheed Sadam P., and techs that did his nail clipping caught me by surprise with their kindness and overall consideration. We visit Dr. Page once a month for a Cytopoint injection and skin disorder. She is a beautiful human being, knowledgeable, patient, and kind that keeps fighting for my FurSon and his relentless allergies to Louisiana, but she never gives up and keeps creating plans to help him, even when he's grouchy! The facility is huge and not tough to find since being an Ohio'n Native, I was nervous about in the big city. I have an awesome experience.
The staff was so friendly and nice to me and my dog and I was there early for my appointment and the was able to see me earlier than my appointment time the overall experience was amazing clean environment amazing
My cat was spayed here and I am very grateful! I called to set up an appointment and they were able to fit me in the next day. It was a very stress free procedure for me and my cat. I felt very safe leaving my cat there and when i went to pick her up they gave me updates and gave me medicine to give her as well as told me I could come back if any problems arise! Luckily everything went smoothly so I did not have to take my cat back but I am very happy and will definitely bring my cat here for her annual checkups.
The staff at the SPCA were beyond helpful and friendly when it came to my dog's spay surgery. Their pricing is transparent and quite reasonable. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering spay/neuter for their pet.
