Description "We are a small veterinary clinic located in Cape Coral here for all of your emergency needs"
Everyone was so caring taking care of our precious Emmy. She was a very sick girl when we took her in. Everyone explained what was going on with her and so compassionate. She is now running in heaven after a great life here on earth. Thanks to the doctors, techs and young lady at reception🐶😍
Took extra special care of my baby Chopper he is doing so much better after they took him in without any hesitation! They were extremely sympathetic and calm during the ordeal and made me feel relieved that he was in safe hands. Thank you to the 2 vet techs and Dr.Tillman !!!!
Came in on April 10th in the afternoon with my sweet cat Jessica who got a fishing lure hooked in her upper lip. (I know! Crazy!) A quick and easy experience from start to finish, the vet and staff were great, sorry I didn’t get names at the time. The visit was very affordable and we were out of there in what felt like less than an hour. The next day they sent her records and even called to check up. At the desk they were selling painted rocks for an animal charity, it was so sweet that the staff takes time to do that. P.S. To the owner of the sweet puppy named Glade I met in the parking lot, I’ve been praying for y’all! Hope he is okay!
These guys are awesome, so caring and loving to our furries. We had our 3 year old 90lb Goldendoodle have seizure on a Sunday night. We rushed him over and they were kind, caring, and thorough. Thankfully he's fine, but they follow up and have been in touch with his regular vet. I recomend this place as a place that cares and is really competent.
Long story short our little guy got a hook stuck in his lip under his nose today. They got him right in soon as we got there and were very caring. Took care of him quickly and in my opinion pretty affordable for being after 5 on a Sunday. Thank you guys.
I cannot say enough positive things about the caring staff here. All of the ladies working last night were so compassionate and so helpful with my neighbors and their dog. Animal ER of SW Florida has come to the rescue once before. They have gone above and beyond both times I have been there. Please give them a break. With all the worker shortages, you cannot expect people to work 24 hours a day with limited staff. There just isn't enough coverage. It's not easy being veterinary staff. Medical doctors for humans study the anatomy of one mammal. Many veterinary staff must study the anatomy of multiple mammals, reptiles, avians, and etcetera. I have never met a veterinary employee that does not wholeheartedly and genuinely care for an animal. They would not be in the industry if they didn't love all animals/wildlife. I recommend checking hours of all businesses before visiting. With the previously mentioned worker shortages and the fact that we were devastated by a major hurricane, not everything is fully operational or back to original hours. Animal ER of SW Florida, thank you for all your help last night. Again, all of you ladies are amazing.
