Description "Each VCA hospital has health and safety protocols in place based on health care best practices as well as state and local guidance and regulations."
Dr. Hollenbeck performed a very comprehensive exam on both of our pups & took great care of them. The facility was clean, the ancillary staff was friendly and respectful, & we were seen in a timely manner. We definitely recommend this facility!
I went in last minute on a Saturday about an hour before they closed as a walk in and new patient. My dog Max swallowed what I thought was a foreign body and he was not himself at all. I thought I was going to lose him so I brought him here. Dr. Hollenbeck treated Max and saved his life. She also kept me from having to go to Blue Pearl for an emergency clinic. Max is normally a pretty grumpy boy and doesn't like to be touched especially around his mouth, but the staff and Dr. Hollenbeck were able to look him over and also look at his teeth with no issues from him. Max and I both sensed the calming nature of the staff and doctor which settled Max down, which has never been able to be done before at any other clinic. I plan on bringing Max back here for his annual visits and any issues that might arise. Thank you to the entire staff for saving my boy. You have gained a client.
Chiquita Animal Hospital is the only place I will go. I have had such awful experiences in vet clinics and was nervous this was going to be the same run around. But it certainly was not. Dr Cathy Betts and Dr Tuttle were fabulous. Dr Tuttle was very thorough with her exams and her explaining my dogs blood work. The staff were great. The wait wasn’t long at all, they took me back right away. They printed me a detailed receipt of everything that was recorded during my visit. The best part was my dog was feeling better that same night because of the help we received. They are knowledgeable and incredibly passionate & I highly recommend this clinic !!
Our pets have been patients at this clinic for 6 years since their birth. This Monday I brought 2 stool samples from each of my pets so they could be analyzed, given a diagnosis and the corresponding treatment. I paid the amount of 64 dollars for each analysis and they informed me that they would call me with the results. Today at 12:47 pm we are informed by text that both fecal tests were "NEGATIVE". My husband and I were very surprised because the worms in the feces were visible to the naked eye, how was it possible that the result was negative? Well....interestingly when we called to ask, the vet's response was: "They have to bring the pets"...Hmmmm...for what? : 1.Visit, 2.Another stool analysis because the previous one was "NEGATIVE"? Can someone explain to me?
My 4&1/2 yr. old frenchie "Lola" came to me the day after the super bowl this yr. She is in the Banfield program which she was in when we adopted her. I am so impressed and relieved of my experience at VCA Animal Hospital here in Cape Coral. I received more knowledgeable, attentive and professional treatment today for her abscess on her chin than all my appointments to date at Banfield. Both their technician Diane and Dr. Betts were so caring and hands on. Thanks so much for a your care and attention today. I'll be coming back will recommend this place to anyone who needs care for their pets.
We feel great taking our dogs here to see Dr. Ludwig. He is very gentle with our nervous pups and always provides the best care for them. Chloe, one of the techs is also wonderful!
