I can’t say enough good things about this place! I drop my dogs off there often as I am out of town for work. When I tell my dogs they are going to “camp” they are so excited. Especially to see their favorite person Ali! (Allison). They don’t even think twice before going off with her. They get walks treats and baths! My English Zeke is older and has ear stuff and eye stuff going on and I can’t believe how clean and treated his eyes and ears were when I got him back. They always take such special and great care of my animals now and in the past. Especially when we had to put one down. Thank you all for your kindness and caring efforts for my fur babies!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST VETERINARIAN PRACTICE ANY PET OWNER COULD TAKE THEIR FURRY FAMILY MEBER TOO! -5 STARS I am pretty confident that the positive reviews on their practice are routine preventative care, or emergency accidental illnesses. With the rise in zoonotic vector disease’s, that monthly topical and oral wormers DO NOT prevent. By no means trust this place, as they have zero knowledge, or should I say a desire in diagnosing, or at the least catching the onset symptoms, which can be fatal to your entire household. In my case I told them upfront the extremely abnormal symptoms my fur babies were having, worms coming out of their eyes, itchy inflamed paws to the point they were bleeding, lesions, abnormal urine and and a major attraction to sand flies to my clean home. I even showed them detailed photos. Nevertheless they didn’t even attempt to accurately diagnose, rather they brushed it off with an assumption, “that just looks like mucus emerging from their eyes”, being said they did absolutely no laboratory diagnostic testing on the chief complaints. Ova & Parasite fecal test does not reveal this disease. I am pretty confident individuals know their pets better than any vet, as they are with us 24/7. I can’t even begin to imagine how many infected animals are in the area that are under the care of this frivolous negligent practice spreading diseases. Due to legal purposes I am not going into all the complete details of my experience, however I felt it was extremely necessary to write this review in an attempt to warn others, not to mention the suffering my fur babies and household endured 💔 Attached to my review is a few photos showing what emerged from my fur babies eyes in which they claimed was mucus.
I LOVE the whole staff at Kindness. Especially Ali (who takes care of my rescue pup - Silver) and Sam (who grooms Silver). They are both very kind, sweet and wonderful to work with. And, I always feel comfortable leaving Silver in their hands. Note: Ali used to take care of my other dog, Opie, who was a chocolate lab. She was as great then, as she is now! 💜❤️
For quite sometime we brought our animals here, about 3 years ago we quit coming here because the vet dr we liked had left, and also their prices seemed to be very high, and the staff are not real friendly. We found out where the vet dr that left kindness went to and we go there now. I had to call Kindness the other day for my brother to get his very sick cat in and was15 years old..the lady that answered the phone was so cold and not caring at all, I sure felt like I was bothing her.She did not let my brother bring his cat in..and yes louie passed away that morning. They need to clean the front office with people who care what is happening to someone's fur baby.
Had a wonderful first experience with kindness animal hospital. My 17 year old kitty was having some problems. I went to see Dr. Johnson, she was amazing! She was kind, gentle, listened and never tried to push additional testing. s She was professional and understanding well giving me all my options for my fur baby. I would highly recommend Dr. Johnson and the staff.
The front desk women (the older one)is honestly very unfriendly and seemed offended when I didn’t make a follow up to check my dogs ears.. sorry I was a bit hesitant after they charged me 200+$ to confirm me telling them my dog had an ear infection. The vet however was nice, so no negative things to say there: I can see why someone would go this location for the vet themselves, she does seem genuine.
