Description Cape Coral Animal Shelter is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, no-kill shelter, whose mission is to engage a special bond between people and animals by means of adoption services, medical care, education, and training. The CCAS Veterinary Clinic offers comprehensive veterinary care at an affordable cost. Please note that the clinic does operate by appointment with different hours. Please call for an appointment.

Had an awesome adoption experience here and my cat is doing great! This humane society gave us SO MANY supplies, we were stocked up! Thank you to the lovely staff here, Maverick (formerly known as Merlin) is very happy in his new home!

Great shelter. Wonderful pets (cats and dogs) looking to get adopted. They need volunteers and donations of sheets, blankets, pet food, cleaning supplies, like garbage bags, paper towels etc. If you’re looking for a pet, please check them out. We saw this adorable dog who is only 9 weeks.

I adopted a dog from here about 3 weeks ago - the shelter people were so kind and explained everything to me. I just visited the Vet Clinic - amazing people work here, too!! I had a lot of questions and they were very patient in answering. What a fabulous place!!!

I went to this site looking for my cat vaccinations and annual wellness visit. I am really happy with the assistance and service I got. The staff was really helpful getting my appointment and during the visit answering my questions. This is my go for veterinarian. I have three dogs I am also taking for their rabies vaccination. Recommended 100%

The shelter has done such amazing work in the 4 short years it's been open. My daughter went to skate camp next door to the shelter, and they had a visit from some of the adoptable dogs. She fell in love with one of them, and we ended up adopting her a month or so later. We also adopted our 2 cats from there. They are always trying to find the best home for these pets, and they take their work very seriously. We had to request an appointment to meet the dogs. We also got to sit in with the cats and see which ones fit our home. The two times we've gone, we've had nothing but good experiences. We also use the clinic for vet visits. Honestly, the service is top-notch. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a new family member.

We adopted Ick one month ago and cannot be happier with our experience. From scheduling an appointment online for the adoption, walking out with our new pup, enough food and treats to get through a couple days, a voucher for a free vet visit, and his favorite toy from the shelter we were set to enjoy our new family member that day. We just went for our visit to the vet and all of the staff were great! We were in and out of our appointment within a half hour with his nails freshly trimmed and the heartworm and flea and tick medicine we needed. I would highly recommend this facility and am so happy to have Ick in our home.
