East West is the most amazing and caring vet clinic I’ve been to. Our fur baby was brutally attacked and the doctor and staff were so attentive and worked closely with Blue Pearl to get him transferred to their clinic to perform surgery. The staff and doctor went out of their way to keep us posted and make sure our baby was well taken care of. The doctor was so kind to volunteer to monitor overnight. If you want a team that truly cared about your pet, don’t think twice. Thank you East West for everything you do!

I moved here in 2020, right around the pandemic. My husband and I are here in the winter and in Illinois in the summer. I’ll shorten my story. We got a new pomapoo puppy in November 2021 who loved Doc Mullins. Teddie also liked his neighbor Locatelli who lives across the hall in our condos. Fast forward to 2023, Doc Mullins is know taking care of Teddie, Locatelli, Rigatoni, Nelly, and Maverick. All of the new owners have said they are happy and staying with Doc Mullins. This happened to be an accident, and Teddie is now neutered. Thank you Doc Mullins for all the great work you do for our furry patients.

Took my 16yo dog Abigail to see Dr Crafton and Katrina yesterday about oral issues and hip/leg issue They are very kind, knowledgeable, and explain everything well. Dr Crafton spent a lot of time with me They gave me several options and never try to promote the most expensive one. East West is very reasonably priced and I’m extremely happy with their services. I’ve been bringing my pets there since 2013!!

Not very happy that who ever shaves dogs for surgery needs to learn how to do it. I understand you got to do it but don't be sloppy with it, BTW act like you care when you do it..I really dont even wanna bring my dog back just because who ever did that needs to find another job. No reason to shave that high up on 1 side and do it fine on the other. No where near where u needed to be ..absolutely sloppy

Oh my God I never went to such a great doctor.She saved my poor cat.The staff is wonderful, such caring and compassionate people. Dr Emily is wonderful. I cannot thank her enough,there aren't enough good things to say about her and her staff.They are my new vet. Thanks again for everything, they are very reasonable.We love all of you.Chloe feels so much better.She was crying in pain,they saved her. I recommend them1000 percent.

So happy with the care I receive for my fur baby! Yesterday I went in with my 2.5 year old and my dog and I had the wrong date and they went above and beyond and helped us! I always know my doggo will get the best care. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! 10/10 recommend!
