Always A plus experiences here with Dr. Jay Lee and his staff. I’ve been coming here over five years and everyone is always great from the front desk to the vets we’ve worked with. Our latest visit brought us in for a teeth cleaning and they were priced better than any other clinics and animal hospitals I looked into in South King County. I had no problem leaving my girl in their hands, highly recommend.

Dr. Lee killed our pet. I don’t understand why this clinic is even still open for business after all the horrible reviews I have read that were similar to what he had done to our dog Kobe. We brought him in for a surgery two years ago that had to do with removing a foreign object. Kobe took his last breaths in his dad’s arms with the look of defeat. They called and told us he was fine and alert after the surgery, even took him for a walk and drank some water, ready to be picked up. Upon pick up, Kobe was still pretty loopy getting out of the anesthesia, could barely walk, eyes wide open. We were informed of the precautions that may happen at home, aka bloody diarrhea etc etc. Even reassured that there is hope that he will live a few more years. Kobe was so out of it that he had to be carried inside the house because of how disoriented he was. No after care instructions, just pain meds. Not even a few minutes later, Kobe collapses and is grasping for air. And then he stops breathing. We do CPR on him on the way to the Emergency Hospital but it was too late. We paid for Kobe to be alive that day, only to be paying for him to be cremated the next. Followed by excuses after excuses of what the vet assumed had happened. Saying that were was a “1% chance this could’ve happened” or it could’ve been “pneumonia.” We were told he was fine. That he will be okay. He was only 4 years old.

Could not recommend this place more, Animal Clinic of Benson was a lifesaver!!! Was originally recommended to me by a friend. The first time my dog got a tooth extracted & dental cleaning it cost $860, the second time around another vet quoted me $1300-1700 and made everything sound necessary. This place charged me $517 for everything INCLUDING a growth removal on her ear that was completely separate! They gave me a $100 discount because it's been such a tough time!! Both other vets were booked 8 weeks out, and they got me in under 2 weeks! Amazing staff P.S. don't give your dog bones & get a water additive (that is just the same as brushing their teeth), so you don't have to deal with any of this in the future!!!

I was introduced by my very good friend who brings all her pets here and for many years. I was very impressed with all the front end staff, greeted with friendly smile and very personable. Dr. Lee tended to my kitten for 2nd booster shot and very pleased with Doctors and the kitty seemed to like Dr. Lee very much. Then left the clinic, then realized, I forgot to pay the clinic for the booster shot. Soon as I got home called the clinic to pay for booster shot for kitty and the clinic thanked me for calling in❤️🐾❤️

Been going here for years, unfortunately my last experience was horrible, I called to make an appt and was told there was a balance on my account from over a year ago..My account had a zero balance last time we were there as we have to pay for our appointments the day of. After speaking with them they informed me that they have all new workers so they are not sure what happened and have nobody to ask and everyone there is new and and are unable to help me. So I’m just suppose to pay for a balance I didn’t create. Won’t be going back after this.

Wonderful staff. Very caring about my animals. Very informative with any questions I had. They also have a great package for puppies/kittens that covers their initial vaccinations, all your visits while getting said shots, plus half off getting them fixed (if you choose)
