Just switched my girls to Reber Ranch with Dr. April, this will be their new primary vet. This vet is impressive, clean and professional. They listened to me rant about why I was leaving my old vet and explained that some old school vets do not address pain management after surgery, which is insane to me. I can tell things will be different with this vet and I'm so happy I found them! Appointments on the weekend? And my vet didn't look flustered or bothered being there on a Saturday morning to help me get their vaccines up-to-date? They even called us the next morning to check on our girls and be sure they were doing okay! I love Reber Ranch so far!! Oh yeah and the pet store is massive and amazing, we were able to pick up our favorite treats on our way out, so convenient!!

They have a wide variety of items for pets, small and large. The staff up front is always super helpful and cheerful. Their property is always very well maintained and cleaned. They also have one of the best taco trucks on their property!

Absolutely outstanding experience! A few months ago - we noticed that our neighbor’s golden doodle had the most perfect fresh haircut. While we had previously been determined to groom our one and a half year-old, 45 pound Labradoodle at home (and been successful in completing decent looking haircuts), the process is obviously very time-consuming and labor intense. So we finally asked our neighbor where they take their dog! Turns out, they travel all the way from our neighborhood in Issaquah to have their pup taken care of by Tracy at Reber Ranch. As they explained the Reber Ranch environment, and grooming process to us, everything sounded so perfect. Rather than many other grooming operations that essentially kennel your dog for eight hours, only to listen to other dogs crying in crates and being groomed, Reber Ranch offers an appointment time, where you give your dog directly to a groomer who will get started at that time. Then, they call you about 15 minutes prior to grooming completion so you can pick your dog up right when they are finished. It would seem like this is the most dog friendly, drop-off/pick-up logistical situation, but every other dog groomer that I called for information and prices over the last 18 months seemed to operate with a more basic kenneling situation (and it didn’t have as impressive of before, and after photos either!). Because our dog is not used to a kennel environment, and does admittedly have some separation anxiety, we just couldn’t stomach a situation where we thought he’d be traumatized - so we absolutely loved the idea of a very narrow grooming window, and minimal (if any) time in a kennel; like Reber Ranch’s operation. Today 10/23, we took our dog Woody to be groomed for the very first time professionally, and while he was admittedly “not happy” through the experience, the outcome was exactly what I asked for, and I felt that the price was a great value. The entire staff was so kind, and made me feel good leaving Woody with them. And while I know full-well what a pain he is while being groomed, Tracy was very measured in her debrief to me. She was honest, but did not make me feel bad for Woody’s anxiety, or the couple of mats she found that form under his harness. 100/10 experience Note: I did save, and send a few inspiration photos via emailed the day before, and I felt that helped in achieving exactly the outcome I wanted for Woody’s haircut. Tracy acknowledged receiving an email, and let me know that she thought my wishes were achievable. She did absolutely outstanding!

Huge selection of pet supplies, nice and clean store, massive parking lot, great service, and somewhat fair prices. It's a little bit more expensive that shopping online but being able to go into a store, talk to an actual person and support local is hugely important. Everything is on amazon these days but we (society) tend to skip over local businesses and it's sad. Support this place, it's great. There's cats for adoption also. There was one when we were there and the adoption fee was only $30. She's sweet, shy, spayed and microchipped already. I almost brought her home for my roommate lol. Adopt Weasley!!

I don't really patronize the store. I'm only reviewing the hospital. I have been taking my 2 dogs there for over 5 years now, and am very happy. The doctors are the most important, but I can't help but notice that it seems like every time we go in, the techs and assistants have changed. It just makes me wonder if I'm wrong, or if there's a reason why.

We took our doodle to the reber ranch grooming salon today 5/31/24. We asked for as LITTLE as possible to be cut, and always expect her belly and a few small areas to be shaved. We got back a completely shaved girl, extra charges, and a total charge of $190. When i spoke to the grooming manager, she apologized. Super. She said the groomer sho have called. Ya no kidding…4.5 hours there to shave a pup completely and cost $189 … unacceptable. She did offer us 20% off our next groom and to “add notes to our file to make sure to call us if they needed to shave her completely”. Probably should have called this time too… our before and after pic attached. Big thumbs down 👎🏻!!!
