Could not have found a better place -- Lifesavers! My two girls needed a USDA certified vet to be able to come to Denmark -- and their current personal vet does not provide such a service. I found Lake Meridian Animal hospital and they saw my girls 8 days before the trip, finished all the paperwork, and I sent it off. The USDA needed a minor correction and they immediately called me to sort it out. I got my forms certified with great timing 3 days before my travel and my two girls are having an absolute blast in Denmark. A big thanks to Dr. Gambriell and Sarah for the excellent work.

We went here to get our one year old cat neutered. It's been almost two weeks since then, and he seems to be doing well. They demonstrated good communication throughput the process and the price was reasonable so we are considering having them be the primary doctor for our two cats. Would recommend 10/10. Thank you for helping us with our baby boy. He seems a lot calmer already.

What an incredibly disappointing experience with Lake Meridian Animal Hospital. The customer service received was abysmal - the staff was unprofessional, unfriendly, and seemed utterly disinterested in helping me or my pet. The only concern stated for them was the money aspect of it all. In this economy. We can all understand financials are a huge trigger point for many of us. The fact that no one even offered any sort of solution for my pets health was downright frustrating. The Lake Meridian Team seemed disengaged and provided no helpful advice or options for treatment. Just **pay us now, or we send you to collections** To top this off. The prices are exorbitant. I felt like I was being overcharged for substandard service and mediocre care for my pet. It is clear that this establishment prioritizes profit over the well-being of the animals they are supposed to care as well as the pet owners they are to create business relations with. As a customer, I now understand that Lake Meridian Animal Hospital treats us as an undeserving of any basic human kindness or understanding. Lake Meridian lacks accountability, effective solutions, and reasonable prices. This has been a terrible experience, and they have added more stress to my pet and myself.

The man wearing all the rings at reception was unpleasant and made me feel like the things I tell the front desk aren't being communicated to the actual vet who looks at my animal. He was rude on the phone and I feel like I was blown off as a customer. If that is acceptable treatment of HUMAN customers, I am afraid of what they let slide with the animals. Also the staff keeps changing so it feels like I always have to deal with a "new" tech or vet with very little experience ☹️
