We had an Emergency with our 15 yr old Chihuahua, We were unaware of this Vet and the are open 24 hours, so we called, they got us in right away . The Vet actually listened to us explain our dogs injuries and had a great bedside manner for lack of a better term . Most of all was the Cost,VERY Reasonable for an Emergency and in the middle of the night. I will definitely be going back to this clinic and will recommend to my friends and family. And our lil fur baby is doing much better now, Thank you.

I’m very happy with this vet and everyone there. They all seem to really care about my baby girl. I haven’t had to leave her anywhere for more than a couple of hours since she was 6 months old so I was really worried about how she would take me leaving her but she was perfectly fine when I picked her up after her dental. She just turned 11 years old and this was her first dental cleaning and no teeth had to be pulled and no loose or broken teeth. I have always brush her teeth. The vet called me himself and told me he was astonished at how good her teeth are at 11 years old and first dental and also how healthy she is. As her mommy, I was of course overjoyed to hear all that. The whole team is great and I really like the wellness plan they have. It sure saved a lot of money. But my baby is worth everything to me. She’s my daughger and I love her so very much. I’m happy I found a wonderful vets office in Banfield. I wouldn’t leave my baby with just anyone. My baby likes them all too and that’s important to me. If she didn’t like them we’d have to find another one but thankfully she does like them all. I’m a semi truck driver and having a place to take her anywhere we are is important to me. My sister referred me to them and I’m glad she did. Now out on the road I have peace of mind because I have a place to take her anywhere we are if I ever need to. Hopefully we won’t need that but it’s nice to know they are there. Thank you Banfield. Keep up the great work. Thank you for taking such great care of my baby girl.

Started out as a good place to go, but in the last 3 months, I’ve had nothing but trouble. I live about 45 minutes away, right in between two locations, and have one dog with high anxiety and so I prefer an in-room visit. I set an appointment in February that I unfortunately had to cancel due to extenuating circumstances, but I set another appointment immediately for a few weeks later, and the person on the phone assured me it was an in-room appointment. When it came time to confirm that appointment the day before, I was told it was for drop off only and that the doctor absolutely could not do an in-room appointment at my appointment time. So I canceled that appointment and the woman on the phone suggested I come in the next week on a designated first-come-first-served day. I confirmed that I could have an in-room appointment and she assured me that I could. I show up with my two dogs on the first-come-first-served day and am told that it is first-come-first-served but for drop offs only. She even checked with the doctor to see if she had time to squeeze me in but the doctor was already scrubbing in for surgery and couldn’t help me. So I set yet another appointment (up to number four now!) while I’m standing at the desk, ensuring that it is in-room. Yes, she says, absolutely will be in-room. When I get the phone confirmation the day before, I’m ensured that it is an in-room appointment. I’ll let you guess what happened next. I showed up for the appointment and was told it was for drop-off only. At this point, I left and I do not intend to go back to this location again. It was a great location a few years ago so I don’t know what’s happening at this point but they clearly don’t care about my time, they clearly don’t communicate, they clearly don’t prioritize their customers. I have a lot of compassion for client-facing businesses but enough is enough. I’m paying almost $100 a month for my dogs’ care and yet I can’t seem to get the appointment that I need to utilize those services. I’m better off going elsewhere.

I came here with my small Chiweenie, 8 pound dog for a dental cleaning and extractions. The surgery went well. The doctor called me and gave me some information once the surgery was complete and Zoe seems to be healing up fine it’s been two weeks. We just had her two week follow up today. She still has stitches that will dissolve on their own but nothing in her mouth is still open. It’s all healed. She had 12 teeth polled seven easily popped out like plucking eyebrows, but five needed to be cut into the bone to remove the roots, so it was a pretty serious surgery. I paid for the membership that included pre-dental cleaning x-rays and bloodwork and all of that but extractions were not included so the time of the visit I did have to pay almost $1200 out of pocket. All in all I’m satisfied because they took care of my little dog and she seems very healthy now, but I didn’t give them five stars because at no point did they give me a quote I had to ask the morning of if there would be any out of pocket so you can imagine my surprise of hearing it was gonna cost about $1200 on top of the membership and besides that every time three times as of today I’ve taken Zoe not once have they taken me into a room to have a private conversation or to allow me to meet any of the doctors or see them exam Zoe, which I found to be very uncomfortable. I’ve never gone to a vet for anything that I didn’t get to meet the physician in person and that every time we’re there they just take care of us right there in the lobby area instead of taking us into a room for privacy. If those few things change for future visits, I will gladly edit my review and get five stars.

I had a appointment for my 2 dogs for my 2 dogs to get a rabies shot. When I got there the price was different than on the phone but then it was explained to me, 2 exams had to be done. Dr. Danielle Behrends and her assistant were very good. They took care in the examination and talked to my dogs and explained to me what to do afterwards. I'm very pleased and will go back for another rabies shot next yr.

First visit for a new puppy. They did all the required shots and tests. This is our second dog using Banfield. We are very happy with the service.
