Patrick and Shannon are the best. We have left our cat with them twice now and they take great care of your cat. We had an issue the second time with our cat not using the litter box and Shannon reached out to me right away to discuss next steps. They also send daily texts and video of your furry little friend. I highly recommend them for boarding your cat.

Patrick and Shannon were very easy to work with. This was my first time boarding my cats anywhere and they made me feel at ease about the whole process. They sent regular texts and pictures to show how my cats were doing while I was away. The cat condos were clean. I would definitely recommend this service!

Thank goodness they're open again after the pandemic shutdown!! These guys are great. The owners, Shannon and Patrick are amazing with our cat Gray. Our cat grew up feral and can be pretty picky about people and situations. But Shannon had the old guy purring like he was with an old friend. They regularly sent us pictures and texts to let us know how our cat was doing. Gray is 16 years old and need some special food prep. We were amazed; she did better than us getting him to eat. Heck, Gray was yowling at having to leave. We highly recommend Happy Cats Hotel.

I brought my 6 year old cat to Happy Cats Hotel and it was great! I was a little nervous because I had never left her anywhere before but they were really nice and sent pictures to keep me updated. When I picked my kitty up she was very happy and you could tell she liked being there! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for care for their fur babies.

We just used Happy Cats Hotel for the first time for a 9 day visit. We could not be more pleased. Our cat, Ozzie, Received exceptional care and companionship and returned to us calm and happy. The owners sent us photos of him playing and watching TV with regular updates. Could not recommend them more and we will use them again.

Patrick and Shannon were both welcoming and made us comfortable leaving our boy Sully while we were out of town. He was happily enjoying the outdoor scenery from his condo when I arrived to pick him up. We loved the photo updates each day and will definitely take advantage of their services in the future.
