Terrible service they neglected my animal. My animal was being released from a hospital and needed oxygen immediately they took the phone call and told me to head over when I showed up. There was no doctor and she told me there was nothing she could do. I told her why would you take the phone call? I hope they get reported my kitten did die. Terrible people all they care about is money obviously why would you tell me to come on over when my cat was on life-support and you didn’t even Have a doctor market Street emergency called them and they told me to head over that they could care for the kitten when they could not I spent $2700 the first night and then I was transferred to the pet clinic where there was no doctor and Transfer to will vet cots $4700 to leave my kitten there for 40 hours my boy died within 12

My appointment for fixing my dog was rescheduled. When I showed up I was told I had to stay and wait because he was reactive. They had seen him two weeks before and I was already late for work. I ended up having to go another 45 mins home to take my dog home before work making me even later. I was told oh you will get a discount if you have to come back. The same tech was there when I scheduled and again nothing was said previously. I can't go elsewhere because we already had the first appointment and it was expensive enough without having to waste more time and money at another clinic. Not happy, after I get him fixed, we won't be coming back to this place more than likely. Sad because they were awesome with my cat. the vet seemed nice and knowledgeable but maybe get your staff on the same page and stop wasting everyone's time -and money.es

I am new to town and a new dog-dad. I (and my dog) were pretty nervous and I can tell you the service provided by Dr. Elsiman and her staff was just perfect. They welcomed us and treated me and my companion with respect and explained any problems or apprehensions I came in with. Will definitely turn to them for any further vet needs here in the mid-valley.
