AAAAAA++++++Highly recommend this AMAZING VET AND STAFF! So glad I made the decision to move my cats, Hansel, Gretel & Guinness the Menace here. Finding my old vets incompetent between mixing up and misplacing important heart blood work and files making dangerous mistakes so it was time for a new vet and I found them here 100%. 💜 😺 😺 😺 🌈 💜 Animal care center staff are all so amazingly friendly so helpful and it is just the biggest breath of fresh air coming here. Being a small clinic I feel safe and at home here with my animals and I trust them implicitly. Not only do the the vets and techs alike listen carefully to each of my 3 cats symptoms they make them comfortable the whole time. They truly care about my animals take their time in examining them and it doesn't feel rushed at all. Throughout the examinations they are constantly checking in and making sure my animals are comfortable even covering my somewhat feral cat carrier with a pheromones towel to keep her calm after her nail trim. I finally have my concerns addressed and have gotten more answers from taking my pets here than anywhere else. My cats have multiple medical issues and medications and they take the time to go over it all carefully cat by cat. They really have the absolute best people working on their team, I was even given help out to my cat with the three carriers. Wonderful Amazing Teamwork and we appreciate you all so very much. I know it's not easy keeping a smile on through all your hard work and I imagine some very busy days during this pandemic where you are burnt out but y'all are fantastic and I truly hope the owner reads this rewards your hard work and dedication to the animals first and foremost in your care. I’m so happy to have found this clinic! EVERYONE was super nice and attentive to my dog. They had her charts and knew her history before we even had our first visit. Maycie was great and I really liked Dr.Harboard. She gave us plenty of time and was very compassionate, knowledgeable, and fun to talk to. I feel so much better knowing my high maintenance dog child will be in good and caring hands here!

This vet clinic is wonderful. My cat is old, with multiple health conditions. We visit the clinic regularly (at least once/month). In the past few months, I have called twice at the last minute because I was unable to get a medication in time (problems with an online order), and they've been able to fill a prescription, same-day, so that my cat doesn't go without. The staff are consistently kind and compassionate. Charges/fees have been straightforward and simple, and their rates are reasonable. I am so thankful I found this clinic.

We have two aging cats and are very pleased with the care they receive at Animal Care Center. Dr. Jess Rigling is a great vet for us. She is knowledgeable, kind and has good communication skills. The techs and office staff are also great to interact with on appointments and information. Thanks very much ACC staff for providing us with reliable and compassionate pet care.

Went in for annual exam. They were prompt and friendly. The office and exam rooms are bright and clean. They quickly calmed my nervous, shaking Ellie by talking and giving her space and treats. As my usual experience has been, all the staff are quick to answer any questions honestly. We’ve had 4 dogs in various stages of life cared for here. Even when it’s sad, they are caring and informative.
