Brought my granddaughter in to adopt a cat. And it took a couple of times, but she found her best friend today. I couldn't be happier. Thanks to everyone who gave us the red carpet treatment. Kathleen Hubbard
This place really sucks nowadays. It's been months now and I still have not been able to get my cat in to get fixed. And they don't take in our local strays Anymore because of some County ordinance. What good do they do for our community if this is the case? They used to be such a wonderful help but it seems since t hey merged with the Portland Humane Society we or our animals here in Salem do not matter anymore! So sad!!!
These people are so amazing. Every. Single. One. Of. Them. They helped save my baby for almost nothing compared to what I know other places would be. I am down hard times right now being a single mother and our kitty that my daughter got when she was little and my husband and me separated… Well, she started acting funny and we want to get her neutered so we did and her stomach burst and we had no idea. We thought it was a UTI. I can’t think of better clinic for animals. They truly are angels.
Best option in Oregon, their staff actually cares for the animals, not the dollar signs. A lot of people claim it's hard to get in, and yes it can be, but they also need to put in the work, this team is trying theor best to hold up the values they portray, and are upfront and honest with all clients.
What an amazing team from the vets to the techs. We adopted from a rescue so adoption fee covered our puppies neuter. Finn had some nausea...vet got him in within an hour of calling. Gave him a shot for nausea. What a caring bunch of professionals. I donated to their organization just to thank them for their loving care with my fur baby. Vet told me they aren't usually fond of heelers but she was so happy to see Finn again. Infact she had seen two other members of Finn's Easter litter mates from Hope's Haven and said they were also special.
the spay and neuter clinic really wants to help people. the staff are so friendly and caring. I love coming here and I am so glad they are around. such a vital and necessary resource.
