This place is AMAZING! I am from Ohio and was just here visiting my family. One night, I noticed one of my cats had her bone showing on her tail!! Since it was night, I called around to ER vets, and they quoted me about $1000 just to be seen. This was not something I could decide lightly. My family convinced me to try their vet in the morning (Saturday). We called Sterling Park Animal Hospital right when they opened and explained my cat's injury. They were able to fit me in within just two hours of the phone call. I arrived very emotional due to my cat's injury, and the staff made me feel comfortable and able to trust them with my kitty. They showed compassion for not only my cat but myself as well. I could tell by the way she was gently handled and examined. Dr. Easton and his staff decided to stay late on Saturday, so my kitty could get her tail amputated as soon as possible. Normally, there are no surgeries on the weekends, but they made an exception due to my kitty's health. This made me feel so grateful and indebted to them all. I was a nervous wreck the whole time I waited to get her back. When she was finally brought out, she looked the same. I was stunned because I thought she was going to be a mess and very angry. I was very happy to see my kitty looking fine after her surgery. The doctor and nurse came out to talk to me again and reassure me the surgery went well. I took my kitty home with her tail bandaged, which was done perfectly so her tail did not swell or bother her. They were even able to get her catheter in on the first try which was not the case at my normal vet. They called me right when they opened Monday to check in and see how my kitty was doing! I was so surprised and grateful they called to check in. They were able to get me in for a recheck and change her bandage, and I was again able to experience very kind and compassionate service not only to me but to my kitty as well. This place took great care of my injured cat and showed me what a good veterinary practice is like. I would suggest that anyone who wants quality care for your animal and yourself to go here. Shout out to Audeen and Shana who were amazing!

My dog is still currently under the care of this hospital, so he's not out of the woods yet. However, I really felt the need to write a 5 star review specifically for Rachel at the front desk, who has been incredibly kind, patient, and helpful every time we have spoken over the phone. She addressed all my questions in detail, and she has just been a real pleasure overall. Amazing administrative staff at this facility, which helps me believe that my dog is in good hands with them!

I wish I could give this place a 0 star but I don’t have the option to but this place is the worst of the worst be careful to bring your pets here. I had brought my dog here to get better because he was sick but instead of making him feel better they made him feel worse .We stopped taking him to this hospital and switched to another but months later they end up calling us asking us if our dog was alive… That’s literally so horrifying and so unprofessional to say or ask .

Terrible experience. Front desk ladies were all about sales and the visiting doctor said things like need to "run diagnostics" on my dog like we were at an auto shop, also very rude in nature. They had a very hard time letting me walk out with only paying the "walk through the door fee." Told me my dog would end up in the hospital that night deathly ill and with thousands of dollars in fees if I didn't pay them the $600 worth of services and medical they recommended for my dog, which wasn't true. He was well cared for the next day by a different vet. Will never recommend Sterling Park Animal Hospital.

Sterling Park Animal Hospital is by far the best vet in the NoVA area!!! Dr. Eastin takes the time to explain everything in detail and is extremely knowledgeable. His vet team (from top to bottom) is absolutely fantastic and treat you like family. From the very first visit, I could tell that my cat was in great hands and that they truly care! I recently moved out to Haymarket but still make the drive to Sterling because of how incredible Sterling Park Animal Hospital is. Thank you for all that you do and for providing stellar care to Kya! We appreciate you!

Took my dog to this “pet hospital” due to a little lump forming on the side of his head and the doctors or nurses here didn’t even want to touch him as if he were some infectious host. They prescribed us medication that didn’t work and so the next visit wanted to give us even more medication without even analyzing my dog hands on AGAIN. Horrible experience with staff. I went to seek another clinic for help with my dog and they were happy to give him a full examination and found the cause of the mass at half the cost these people were wanting to charge me.
