Outstanding experience all around. From the very first call to being seen the same week I was so impressed with the entire staff! This husband and wife team have a fantastic, new facility and very clean. They were gentle and kind with our somewhat timid "Shelby a full grown Yorkie, and made us feel welcomed. They took their time and my little dog didn’t event fuss when she got her shot, well maybe a little. The Doc was so wonderful and informative but never pushy like many vets we have encountered in the past. He is a breadth of knowledge for all breeds! We are going to be patients for life with this practice and feel our dog is in the absolute best care! Highly highly recommend this practice for anyone’s fur friends .

Our favorite vet we have ever found! Always flexible, knowledgeable, friendly, and look after our babies. They make it so easy to get appointments and keep our babies healthy! They are a great team and staff here, from the techs to the docs. I would highly recommend!

Church Road Animal Hospital has been a disappointment from start to finish. Every time I try to reach out to the veterinary office for some much-needed answers, it feels like they don't have any administrative staff available during regular business hours. It's absurd to expect one person to handle everything, yet every time I call, I'm forced to speak directly to the doctor. This lack of proper staff management has led to numerous mistakes, including the mishandling of my dog's records. Despite multiple requests over the span of 6-18 months, they failed to provide my dog's records to my current vet, forcing my dog to undergo unnecessary vaccinations all over again. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. When I questioned why I was changing vets, their response was unprofessional and dismissive. It's clear that they prioritize cutting corners over the well-being of their patients. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

What caught our eye about this vet was the high reviews it had received. However, our initial visit was very disappointing. The staff at the front desk were not very welcoming and seemed quite rude. The vet tech failed to confirm the age of our puppy stating she was around 11-12 weeks when our puppy was actually 8 weeks old. Dr. Sharma appeared to be in a hurry to answer our questions and it felt like he was rushing to conclude the appointment. When we called to inquire about what activities would be permissible for our puppy after receiving the second parvo shot, the individual who answered the phone initially stated that we could take them out immediately. However, when I specifically asked if there was a waiting period after the shot, he then mentioned that it should take 2-3 days before we should take her out. These answers were extremely confusing, and if I hadn't inquired about the waiting period, he wouldn't have informed us. During our second visit, the vet tech, Katherine, was extremely helpful and was able to address all of our concerns. She was wonderful and very approachable. Additionally, she was highly knowledgeable and handled our Rottweiler puppy exceptionally well. However, Dr. Sharma seemed to rush us into deciding on a treatment plan for our puppy's ear infection. These two visits made us realize that the lack of consistency in the answers to our questions will not have us returning for another appointment here.

I cannot thank this staff enough for how kind and helpful they were. We walked in right before they closed on a Sunday evening with my massive leonberger puppy that had a skin infection on her neck. The vet techs and veterinarian were so kind to my pup and put all effort into making sure she was well cared for and comfortable. I highly recommend this practice.

You will not find a better, more personalized experience that the one you get with both Doctors Sharma. This husband and wife team have a fantastic, new facility. My puppy has had a bunch of gut health issues and it gets addressed quickly and efficiently each time we go. The Docs and staff are great with Gunnar and visits are very efficient. They take their time answering my questions, explaining medications, and have great follow up. The attention to detail and customer service makes this a great place for new pet parents and those wanting a more high-touch experience. We love this vet!
