Had to bring my cat in this morning unexpectedly. Dr. Saini was able to get him in with minimal wait time. I've had some bad experiences with vets in the past, so Cascades was very refreshing! The whole staff was very friendly and none of it felt fake or patronizing. They were very sweet with my boy and very communicative. When I expressed financial concerns, they worked with me to make sure that Tofu was getting the care he needed without it being a massive financial stress. Overall a very caring and respectful environment, we'll definitely be back!

took my cat to this pet hospital, and after my experience with them I will NEVER take my cat here again. staff is rude, doesn't give you the attention you deserve, seemed very annoyed when asking questions, acted as if they had somewhere better to be. don't be in the business of taking care of animals if you are going to treat patients/customers with disrespect. also, outrageous prices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! id give them 0 starts if I could!

The best experience ever!! PetSmart tried 3 people to cut my dog’s hair and told us he HAS to be sedated. Dr. Saini & his team are wonderful. The groomer Melken did it with no sedation and my dog was such a good boy! Amazing experience! Will definitely only be coming here

If you are looking for the compassionate, friendly, professional and expertise for your pet, then this is the place to go. We have 13 year old Siberian Husky, regardless of age and health conditions, Dr. Saini is the best vet to go. We wanted to get his nails done and we contacted alot of vet's, everyone prescibed sedation in order to accomplish this task, finally we met Dr. Saini, he made this impossible task possible without any sedation. And, he went every extra mile to take care of chronic allergies and ear iinfection our dog was suffering from. I recommend this vet to every owner who want the best for their little babies. Honestly, after 2 visists at this place, out sweetie looks more healthy and young. Once again, thanks Dr Saini and all the staff who handled the situation very confidently and politely ☺️

I recently took my Belgian Malinois to Cacades Pet Hospital, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked through the door, the staff made us feel welcomed and at ease. Belgian Malinois can be a challenging breed to work with, but the veterinarians and technicians showed an exceptional understanding of my dog’s needs. What really stood out to me was their flawless customer service. Whether it was the prompt appointment scheduling or the thorough post-visit follow-up, the team went above and beyond to accommodate us. They took the time to explain every procedure and answer any questions I had, which was incredibly reassuring. Cascades was AMAZING. On a Sunday, when no other vet hospitals were open they took my pup Lina (who had an infection) right away, were extremely helpful, and explained the whole process from start to finish. Highly recommend!! Thank you Cascades.
