After noticing flying bugs when removing some rotted deck boards I call a local company with good reviews for termite inspection. Their tech took a cursory look around and said we had termites and need a $1200 treatment. I called EPC for a 2nd opinion. Their tech, Nova, showed up and from the get go I could tell he knew his stuff. He inspected carefully with a flashlight and screwdriver. When done, he explained the winged bugs were carpenter ants and that removing the boards and treating as I had done was sufficient. Honestly and professionalism!
