We were lucky enough to have a good outcome when we brought our little OE Bulldog in for care on Friday. She stayed over the weekend and emerged no worse for wear and doing much better than when she went in. My wife and I were very appreciative of the communication that we received from the staff. They updated us at every turn and patiently answered all of our questions. The front desk staff was as cordial and helpful as the doctors. Hope we don't have to come back and we certainly didn't enjoy the experience, but our dog, Lily, got the care she needed and we are appreciative to the staff that cared for her.

Yesterday, I brought my beloved dog, Coleman, here not knowing how serious of a condition he was in. I called ahead, and staff met me at the curb with a stretcher. The technicians quickly assessed he was in a critical state and asked for permission to stabilize him. I consented to that care and the doctor was able to promptly diagnose him. Unfortunately, we learned our dog had a ruptured tumor and a poor prognosis. The doctor only did what was necessary and informed me of Coleman’s state in a private room. We had to make the difficult decision to euthanize, but the staff moved us to a peaceful suite and snuggled my boy in cozy blankets for his passing. From my initial phone calls prior to arrival until the end of our experience, everyone was professional, kind and efficient. Thank you so much for taking good care of our sweet dog and making a heartbreaking situation as comfortable as possible.

First time coming here. My cat was pretty old and sick. I called for a after-hours visit and they were able to get her in within the hour. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Acosta was very understanding, respectful and super knowledgeable. Especially since I turned into a blubbering man baby. Her diagnosis was spot on and my kitty quickly recovered. It was a hard day for me and I'm glad these folks were here to help me and Georgia through it.

Very professional and caring. I am new to the area and felt very comfortable with the care my pet received and leaving him there while being evaluated. Communication was clear and timely. I also appreciated the diagnosis with an x-ray and do not proceed to an MRI to avoid unnecessary strain on my pet and cost. Thanks and my pup is on the mend!

We did not get good news but we got the best possible care and attention. Our dogs are our family. Each and every staff member we dealt with was so sweet, so loving and so compassionate (as I was practically in a puddle on the floor). Everyone took time to explain what to do to keep our boy comfortable until… With medication, he is almost back to acting like his old self. They walked me through what to expect during each stage of this new journey. Now we are going to defy the odds and prove everyone wrong! Thanks to everyone for the loving care and for the follow-up calls. You are appreciated more than you know.

The level of Care, Compassion, and Communication that you receive from this staff and community is simply phenomenal! The facility is extremely clean and well kept. My dog can not stand going to the vet and I felt like during his stay his anxiety decreased and it was due to the obvious care and love he was receiving from this amazing community!! The doctors were extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process and provided information consistently and warmly which made us feel safe. The front desk staff all the staff providing care to our dog was absolutely amazing. If your pet needs care this is without a doubt the best place in the area to provide the safe loving environment for your pet as well getting your pet healthy!!! Thank you so much!❤️
