Petpay Review: ⭐☆☆☆☆ The legal verbiage hides truths about "guarantees" and facts about how breeders operate. I would like to see full transparency from all groups involved. I would not recommend the pain these companies cause to anyone looking to adopt a puppy. Instead, I recommend only adopting from a breeder that you can visit and talk with persons who have adopted from them in the past.

Will use the tiniest loophole to get out of backing their puppies. My dog is a mixed breed diagnosed with a hereditary and life long disease at 6 months! One.of.his 3 breeds can have this usually between 4 and 7 years, usually female (he's male) but they will not offer any compensation or even a meaningful apology. Its bad breeding at minimum. I hope karma finds them swiftly

It was easy. The only suggestion would be to be able to store all puppies documents in your account. Especially if you are a returning customer. You would have all AKC documents and breeders info in one place. My two beagle purchase have been good so far

I only wish I could give them zero stars. We spent FIVE DAYS with BonBon, she sadly passed away after a week of fighting parvo due to an underlying issue she had. The process of adopting our puppy was a pain due to the lack of communication. We thought the bad customer service was worth it once we received her, but now we struggle with the pain of losing her so soon and this horrible company denies any type of reimbursement. Take my advice and stay far from this company, they only want your money and do not truly care for their customers. This entire process with them has been by far THE WORST experience my family has had with any company.

The reality is, Pet Pay company engages in racketeering and fraudulent pet sales hiding behind a payment service. Admittedly I did initiate a purchase for a dog online. I gave my credit card information. However, as soon as Pet Pay charged the card, The bank sent me a Fraud Alert text. On this Alert I decided to further review Pet Pays record online and found numerous Complaints from clients with horrible experiences with Pet pay. Complaints where mostly about receiving pets that were totally Different than what was purchased or pets that were delivered sickly or infested or dead. This led to our decision to abort the transaction. At his juncture we were within the 10-15 minutes of the credit card charge and nothing had taken place. no pet was sent nothing was exchanged. Any rightful and legitimate organization must have fair cancellation practice. But with all of this, Pet Pay follows the jungle rule and an lawfully insists on charging my card for the full price of the pet at $3494.64 To this date there has not been a completed transaction. We have not received a pet dead or alive, but Pet pay has fully charged the account. I maintain, Pet pay is nothing but a crook organization that is engaging in racketeering by way of taking advantage of unsuspecting individuals trying to purchase a pet. Let this be a clear warning to all, Pet pay is a fraud. To cancel a sale within 10-15 minute is a customer’s right and should not result in unlawfully charging once credit card wit not pet exchanged. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. PetPay is a scam. The customer is never shown a detailed invoice. And so many fees and extra costs are added to the bill. They suck the customer in by having the customer make a down payment to reserve the dog. Again the details of the charges are never disclosed to the customer. Once the down payment is made, you cannot get a full refund. You are given a balance due, but when you go to pay it, the amount is more due to other extras.
