The staff is always helpful and patient. I suggest you get there early(they open at nine and people are already waiting at 8:15 a.m.), take someone with you, and leave your pet in the car(with AC running) while you get the paperwork. Don't stand in front of the surrounding businesses or park in their assigned spots. Be patient and consider donating to this non-profit.
I can’t thank these people enough for being here and providing the services that they do. I took two dogs in for Rabies & Bordatella shots. I was in and out in less than an hour and my total was only $30. Staff is wonderful and happy to help. This place saved us $162 today. Thank you all so very much! In this economy, it’s peace of mind knowing there’s this great alternative to a formal veterinarian appointment. God bless you all!
My very deaf and blind in one eye one year old corgi received her first round of shots here. They then scheduled her for a spay, along with her other round of shots later that month. I took a day off from work so I could drive from White Settlement to Denton for the surgery, only to be turned away. Why, you ask? Because she is blind in one eye and deaf. They knew this when they scheduled her surgery. I'm livid that I had to use PTO only for them to deny us the service they originally scheduled. This is really unacceptable, and the staff needs to work on communication. EDIT TO THE REVIEW SINCE TCAP RESONDED: Yes, you made it clear you don't do surgery for blind and deaf dogs AFTER you made the appointment KNOWING she was blind and deaf. Your staff clearly has a communication problem. Don't make this out like you need to educate me on your policy. Educate your own staff.
I recently took my three dogs to TCAP for their required vaccinations. The staff were excellent, and despite a bit of a wait, the experience was well worth it. Highly recommend!
I had been bringing my cat here for vaccinations for the last 3 years. Last week, I took him to get neutered. I have the SWEETEST cat. When I picked him up my poor boy was covered in pee. He smelled so bad, & was very dirty. Who knows how long he had been covered in his own pee, scared in his carrier. When the girl handed him over to me she gave me a piece of newspaper, laughed & said “he doesn’t like us, he peed everywhere”. Won’t ever be coming back.
They were great It was a bit of a drive for me and a line but that's because of when i got home from work. All of their people were exceptionally polite and professional especially considering the amount of animals they are helping. Highly recommend them!!
