I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Called about a WATER MOCCASIN, one of America’s most VENOMOUS/DEADLY snakes in my backyard on Saturday night. The snake ended up putting 2 of my shepherds in the ER. This company did not respond back to me until Monday morning 2 DAYS LATER inquiring about the snake, I requested they still come out and scope the property. They questioned if I was the owner of the property. None of their damn business. But I rent. They REFUSED to come without “permission” from the owner. This is the most asinine and unprofessional thing I’ve ever heard in my entire life. The whole point of me contacting them was because they are supposedly 24/7 but clearly not you are better off taking care of unwanted animals yourself even if it’s LIFE THREATENING.

Website says they have a 24/7 line and yet they refuse to answer the phone. Every call I've been sent to voice mail faster than the previous call.
