10/10 would recommend taking your animals here. Took my little brother here to get his newly adopted cat (Benny) checked out. The front desk staff were kind to my brother and I, and the medical team was very gentle with Benny when trimming his nails. When the main vet came in for the exam, she listened our concerns, and gave us detailed tips to help alleviate Benny’s symptoms. The doctor also gave us some helpful advice for Benny’s diet. We will definitely be back for any future visits :) Side note: We love the chat feature that they use to schedule appointments!

I recently took my puppy here as a new patient! My puppy is 1.6 years old, and we are working on socialization. My dog has never had an issue with our old vet (they retired, so we had to get a new one) or anyone else, from hanging out busy wear houses all day, meeting new drivers to dog parks. When we got there the vet was SO impersonal! So uncaring, then when the vet proceeded the exam without gaining the trust or taking their time with my scared puppy they asked me to leave the room , to administer shots. Didn’t work so I went back in to hold him while they administered. We went for his annual and for a neuter. When we went for the neuter it was worse, due to notes in his chart about being hard to work with they said if we come back he would have to be sedated or have A MUZZLE! They then proceeded to have my partner hold him, while they stabbed him HARD to sedate him. I have two older dogs 13 and 8, my 8 year old is a reactive lab pit mix. I’ve seen aggressive behavior in the flesh! My puppy isn’t, he was scared and the vet staff didn’t care. My old vet was kind and compassionate, loved the animals and the way they were treated. I didn’t feel that here, I am sad because they had raving reviews, maybe it was a bad day, maybe I didn’t work hard enough with my puppy to make them feel safe. All I know is, you get what you pay for, and I won’t be going back. Outside of the vets themselves the staff is AMAZING! I wish half the vet techs there were the VETS themselves! The front office staff is so kind! Take the time to find good providers for your family! I’m happy those that like this clinic are happy, I’m just expressing my feelings and being a protective dog mom!

Everyone in the office is wonderful! I have been going there with my animals for many years. This visit was a happy visit with a healthy puppy getting weighed, vaccines, and nails clipped. But I have been there for hard thi gs and the care by the staff is wonderful.

Words can not describe how grateful I am to everyone at animal hospital on teasley. My cat came in last April for a urinary blockage and even though it damaged his kidneys pretty bad Dr. Epstein never gave up on getting his levels back to normal. Unfortunately the damage was too great for my cat and we had to put him down but even after his departure they still demonstrate their sympathy towards my family during this difficult time. Thank you to all the front desk, nurses, and Dr. Epstein for taking care on my Tanjiro I know that he was in the best of care, I only wish he would have been a longer patient of yours ❤️

This hospital was amazing and affordable! They took great care of my puppy when she fractured her paw last week, and she has been in such a good mood ever since she went! I even called with follow up questions and they remembered my pup! I’m very grateful she was so down after she got hurt, but they definitely helped me get her back in routine! Very caring facility!

Dr. Epstein and Dr. Wood are angels in the flesh. They have been more than accommodating, timely, and thorough. Im so grateful I found them, and I trust them with all of my fur babies. They are reasonably priced and straightforward, I can't recommend these ladies enough.
