Staff was excellent! I was very nervous about leaving my dog, Boomer, there for treatment...he has severe anxiety and is very afraid of strangers after his experience of being lost for more than 4 months when he was less than a year old. I was so happy when I returned to pick him up to see that he had made friends with the staff after they took the time to sit on the floor with him and comfort him and assure him that he was safe!

The pictures on Google maps and their website are not indicative of what you will find when you arrive at their 104 location. I was greeted with a crackhead standing in the parking area and all parking spaces either filled or labeled reserved for staff.

My service dog had been run over by a golfcart a week before. He came in for a follow-up visit after being released from UF vet hospital. The customer service far exceeds UF. They explained everything and made sure I understood. I was right there with my dog, which made him more relaxed. My first choice for all three of my dogs will always be St. Francis Pet Clinic.

This facility is awesome!! My wife and I were helping a friend who had a health emergency and needed help finding a place for his two dogs. Sara and team were very helpful in accessing the dogs records but also provided the required vaccines. They also recommended a boarding facility.
